I run for about a bit under an hour 3 x week. Outside, in all weather; I find treadmills boring after 20 minutes or so.
Last summer, did a few 10K races, a half marathon, a few sprint tri's and a 70.3 mile Ironman. If I had Loki money, would do more triathlons and have a really nice bike

Serious post: It's good fitness motivation to take part in a charity run, and there are a lot of them (5K is good distance to start with) in and around Toronto throughout the summer.

A guy that age would never have had a chance to spend time with me and in my bed after I retired from being an SP if he was not funny, kind, interesting, and able to spend money to do things I enjoyed. Most of that was him, and he only needed a reasonable income to do it.
I did fall in love with him, and did decide to marry him if he signed the pre-nup.
Our life is a lot more fun and comfortable because he has a little money.
