The imaginary groping, the provinces wouldn't do dental they are doing health care cuts, the country backed him on the anti vaxxer convoy, black face was decades before and not while in office, SNC and WE went through official process and were cleared. After that the list gets pretty petty.
Compare that to the Doug Ford list, which is just starting. Every scandal and failure listed there involved wasting more public money and more obvious corruption.
Just the Greenbelt scandal alone, $8 billion payout by rezoning farm land to his close connections is way worse and still under investigation by the RCMP.
