The sky still isn't falling. Schneider's decision isn't relating to border issues, driver issues etc. The property is already up for sale. It was a money losing operation for quite a while, and they're going to outsource it. If they had concerns over supply chain issues they would have kept it and turned it into a new business opportunity.
I wish I could live in blissful denial that everything is going to be just fine like you.

Trucks all across Canada have started doing border loops in protest as well as headed toward Ottawa.

18km line of trucks in Manitoba fucking up the border.

The supply chain can survive anything but the trucks stopping and it appears they are stopping.

This is going to get really ugly fast.....

Keep us up to date on what's going on out there because I'm sure the legacy media won't.

For two years we have been dealing with the spotty supply chain and rising prices- in some cases very dramatic increases and just as there was a sparkle of light at the end of a very dark tunnel, the Moron of Ottawa reversed himself. This should be "fun".
And the Moron of Queens Park had nothing to do with it?

You should joke about that. It can happen. In the old country, when we had a shortage of sugar, the government ran stories on the evils of sweets. When there was shortage of meat, they promoted vegetarian diets. When they ran out of butter, they started touting the benefits of margarine.

Sarcasm follows...
If we ran out of wheat and grapes we will be told to drink cola then water.

Supply chain issue reasons. Not in order

1. Low yields on fruits and veg due to weather or crop disease. Florida had its lowest yield to date due to this

2. Labour shortages in manufacturing plants due to COVID

3. Weather like the blizzard we had here.

4. Backlog shipping issues due to shit like buddy who stuck the ship.

5. Kelloggs employees who went on strike and just got back slightly before Xmas

6. Trucking

All these things have affected supply chain. It is NOT just trucks. It is not just Canada making these mandates. Truckers need to stop lying to people and making it sound like they are the only reason there is or will be supply issues.

These mandates have been in place for just over a week, we have been having supply issues and increased costs of food for quite a while now. Just look at actual timelines and do some research. Hell this thread itself started before the mandates started with the OP having issues. So how is it all because of the poor 1200-1600 truckers in Canada that are unvaccinated. Less then 15% of truckers. Cry me a river. LMAO.

Some here will just support a trucker for sake of supporting something. Doesn’t mean what they say is reality. Even the Canadian Truckers Association is not supporting this.

I agree with what you said but the Canadian Trucking Association doesn't represent drivers. It represents the trucking companies. They couldn't care less about their drivers.

That doesn’t change the fact that they are not supporting it. I was just stating a fact.

Same as you but it is moot really
