Classic spaghetti western from the early 70's They Call Me Trinity. In Montreal's case - They call me Big Bird.

That may have been the best series he ever played, and he played lots of good ones.

He was dominant and clearly the team leader. He knocked the snot out of any flyer who stepped out of line. He proved the notion of big bullies like the flyers actually being pussies. I don't know if he won the Conn Smythe, but he deserved it.

A welcome back gift for shack. The video is on youtube, but you have to sign in.
That fight was actually during a bench, clearing brawl, a couple seasons before the playoff series Robinson suddenly appeared and sought out Schultz and beat the crap out of him because Schultz earlier had knocked down John Van Boxmeer with one punch.

Don’t forget Bobby Clarke and Jim Watson
We loved Clarke in '72 against the Russians.

Jim wasn't so dirty. Older brother Joe was.

But Schultz was their ultimate goon, so it was very symbolic when Robinson manhandled him. They lost their aura of toughness when that happened.

Did you like Gary Dornhoffer better as a player or as a colour commentator on HNIC?

Schultz scored 20 goals one year and was a +25. Considering that he spent almost 6 hrs in the bin that year I would say that was pretty good.

To me Link Gaetz was the ultimate goon...

Ok so Schultz scored 20 one year, he was still a goon.

Link Gaetz played defence, defenceman are never goons there was too important…but he was tough.

Take a read...He's the ultimate goon...No one else comes close to him in professional hockey.

How many games to you have to play for the official list?
You need to be more than a footnote. I don't know how many people heard of this guy. I know that I didn't.

Or one could ask, is one game in the NHL enough? If not, then how many?

Maybe his nickname was "Chain" Link Gaetz.
