So now that Boston has tied it up 2-2, why is there no more Ole, ole, ole...or hey, hey, hey, goodbye?

I have never in my 46 years seen such poor sportsmanship in fans as I see in Montreal. Shit why don't they just boo the whole time the other team has the puck, and every time a Montreal player is touched.

But Ole-ole-ole, hey, hey and Goodbye are not politically correct in Quebec...they're "NOT" French. Where are the language police? :p

hehe 46 years of what? Certaintly nothing to do with playoff hockey. Booeing everytime the other team has the puck has been going on for a long time and not just in Montreal. What do you want the fans to do? Encourage the other team? Why the bitterness? Don't you have a team to support...

Funny, why don't I hear it in other arena's? The refs gave Montreal the game tonight...

No, The refs should have called a penalty when Kovalev was roughed up along the boards, instead he retaliated and took a 2 minute penalty. Boston soon scored but Kovalev made up for it in OT!

it's 2 wins now, just hand montreal the damn cup. the fans go into hiding in panic as soon as they lose 1 game, anyways.

and they call Sid a crybaby!

i'm quickly beginning to realize why i detest certain teams... i actually like the habs, i detest the fans... almost as much as leafs fans.

That pretty much sums it up for me pro. Being a Bruins fan for years I had sand kicked in my face for years and I am rather sick that it is happening again. Just like how Yankees fans always had it over me, well my Sox are the new sheriff now. Montreal has a great team and they may very well win the cup this year. Good for them, no argument from me. It is just too bad we have to put up with some of the arrogant cock roaches (not everyone - we all know who I am referring to) that come out of the freaking wood now after not seeing them on here for months. Or is that roach de cock. Some freaking language eh, takes you three words to say what we can say in two.

No penalty on Kovalev, that was the right call. He has fallen down in the playoffs before - remember Quebec-NY. Funny though how Jeremy Reich gets a stick in the face, no call, then goes to the box for that cheap trip. I guess you have to bleed in order to draw a penalty. Julien was right, the fans called that penalty and it was nothing more than an 'even up' call.

Just wondering, who else had graduated from the Mike Ribeiro School of Diving?

Kovalev - The Hero in OT

The Quest for Cup #25 - Status of 2008 Playoff Games Won: 2 Down, 14 More To Go

Alex Kovalev's costly penalty in the third period was, to use his own word, "selfish". But his winning goal in overtime last night put the Habs with a "2 to 0" stranglehold on the Bruins in this Best of Seven series.

Winning goal atones for 'selfish' penalty: http://www.canada.com/montrealgazet...=c785b03c-c72a-4ec6-a767-221b4e02bf36&k=90833

There is a pefectly good explanation what happened to the B's last night. Just as they did most of the regular season, B's played this game to perfection. Keep the game close, playing for the tie, getting into OT and a shootout and getting the point.

So mission accomplished, right? ......... they got their point .... oh wait. Oops... Dam.

I really dont see anyone shutting down Kovalev, he takes total control of the game when he is on the ice.
