Monique was easy to contact and set up a great appointment. Sorry to hear you guys missed out.

spaceka - good for bringing it up when it happened to address it on the board. Generally SP will work hard to make it up when mentioned in a short period.

I researched Monique on the board well before I called her and everything I read was that she was accomodating. Try her again and see what happens.

maj_hazard - Complaining about Last December??? Come on - did you bring it to the board then? That was like an ice age ago - hope your experience with others are better.

I emailed Monique and was able to find a time last week that worked for both of us. I showed up, she was there, no cancellations. We both had a great time.

I have seen Monique several times and had one cancellation because of personal reasons at the holidays. All other times all went smoothly.

Monique did tell me that she has had family problems out of town in the last little while that has caused her to have to leave on short notice. But those problems are gone and she expects to see less unexpected cancellations now. She mentioned she had to trade off not making appointments, in case she had to leave, vs. make appointments and take a chance she would not have to leave. Most of the time it was right to make the appointments, but there were some dissapointments. I know I would have been.

Anyway, I suggest you try again if you were frustrated earlier, this lady is a great experiance.
