Hi guys,

I'm a mid-40s guy who wants to try this hobby. I've read a few threads on the topic and my questions are mainly around avoiding scams or getting robbed.

  1. When you book with an agency, do you give "roses" to the agency and the SP, or just the SP?
  2. The rates on Leolist are sometimes as low as $100 HH — is that realistic or a scam? I want to understand how much to expect as damage, as I don't want to burn a hole in my pocket.
  3. Would you guys recommend going through an agency like DD or an indie for a first timer?
  4. Does race matter while booking? I'm south Asian.

1. Depends.
2. $100hh is possible, but usually not real.
3. Depends on your appetite for risk.
4. Not really. If you were black, possibly with indies.

1. To the SP
2. Sometimes realistic, sometimes scam (check for other signs, like 'msg through OnlyFans' or pics from stolen from someone else, etc) but even if real the lower you go the harsher the reality.
3. I reco (well-reviewed) indy for first timer but well-reviewed agency girl is prob just as good (and maybe less $)
4. No, unless you're black/brown, which some providers exclude.

If you book an agency escort you pay her but the agency gets a cut of that, how much varies from agency to agency. Stay away from Leolist, it's not worth the trouble. Stick to reputable agencies and Indies who advertise on here, either one would be fine

  1. You hand the donation to the SP, you never meet the booker or anyone else lol.
  2. Most likely a scam. And if it isn't a scam, the rates are low because service/looks are trash and low rates are the only selling point that they have.
  3. Agency is better imo. More variety of ladies, reviews, and consistency in who they provide. Indy wise the ladies on Tryst are more expensive than the Indy's on LL and less reviewed (some have no review policies or guys just gatekeep). However, I would recommend if you were to go indy avoid LL, it's akin to dumpster diving, and if you do want to scratch any indy itch you may have, the indy's on Tryst are better looking and cost more for a reason. If you do want something more personalized for your first time, an indy SP may be better for your first time.
  4. Agency wise, the only non-asian agency that has restrictions are some ladies with HPL (they specify this on their site, so you wont get rejected at the door), and it mainly targets black guys. The off-chance they do ban guys of a specific non-black race its usually because some girls of that race are afraid of running into someone they know. Indy wise it doesn't really matter for you, black guys are the ones most affected. But with asian agencies you may be turned away as some only see east asian guys, or more specifically chinese only or korean only.

I would see someone close to my own age. Then start at 20 , 30 , 35, 45, 50, 60+
Believe it or not there are some 60+.

Summary: Stick to agencies; avoid LL until TERB members verify it.

Start with DD or SFT. LL is a big roll of the dice....also note what you're looking for...spinner? phat ass? PSE? GFE? blonde? welcome to the candy shop.

This is GTA specific to a degree.

Independents, with an established web presence, active socials, and some degree of community engagement are great. They just usually require a little more time to book, often have steeper screening requirements, and can be more pricey. As a nervous newbie that may not be the way you want to go.

Classifieds only providers either require very good best practices (many threads on the subject), or sticking to providers who are well reviewed by credible members (ideally who share similar tastes).

For a newbie an agency is a good idea (IMO). They tend to be straightforward and reasonably efficient to deal with. Text (or call) from a 'real' number, and take it from there. Usually the non-asian agencies have little additional screening. (YMMV)

As a newbie be prepared to be very nervous. Don't worry too much, if you booked using your big head it will almost certainly be fine (in the GTA). Just be prepared for that nervousness to come through in your first sessions. For your first sessions I suggest avoiding deposits, or ID requirements. After that you can think out a sliding scale of trust that works for you. (I know what I'm willing to share with what type of provider / agency.)

If you decide you want to do it again, have a budget, and stick to your budget. In addition to the predictable problems with overspending, it also puts too much pressure on a good time. One of the easiest ways to make good not feel good enough is to be over budget.

I went Indy for my first about 6 months ago, but I took time to learnt he ropes first. I quickly learned that there are a lot of scams out there on LL and other sites

I spent 3 weeks researching before I took the plunge and things opened up once I found TERB. Then I learned to use LL to find a girl I liked, come here and type in the first name and last 4 of her number and look for reviews

No reviews = easy pass. If there was reviews I read and made a decision. Keep in mind very few to none have perfect reviews all the time, so it's a judgement call on the majority

I also use agencies sometimes now too, but I still repeat at least once a month with my first independent and the rewards are there once you start establishing yourself as a regular.

And don't forget to check the agency and independent ads right here on this site. Any girl you find on here with decent reviews is at the very least not going to be a scammer or thief.

Many of us started slowly until we got comfortable "sex with a stranger", eg. go to a reputable spa and see how you feel about a happy ending. It's low commitment for your first time....if things go well, you can do add-ons with many MP girls.
