I don't think anyone can be very certain of a win by either side given the American system and the heavy polarization in the electorate right now.
Very hard for the RNC or the DNC to replace a candidate.
I guess the RNC could try and change the rules at the convention to say Trump is disqualified if he is convicted or something, but the odds of any trials being done by then are incredibly low.
If the idea is for the DNC to replace Biden, their best bet would be after the convention is done, I think. At that point they have rules saying the DNC can just appoint someone else. I don't think they have that option before.
I wouldn't be surprised if Biden steps down in a month or two citing "health concerns", and the DNC steps in to appoint someone at that stage. Who they'd appoint I have no idea. I don't think they want Kamala there, knowing she'd get trounced by Trump, but they'd have to deal with the fallout of sidestepping her.
Does anything she is alleged to have done affect the truth or validity of any of the evidence against to stable genius much of which is out of his own mouth.
if he is removed from any ballot which I doubt it will not be because of Joe or the dems or anyone other than the SCOTUS some of whose members he appointed.
The test for abuse of process is not whether "the accused would have been convicted anyway". You cannot misuse the criminal justice system to prosecute your political enemies while enriching your boyfriend as well as taking benefits for yourself in the process. The public would reasonably lose all respect for the justice system if prosecutions with these characteristics were allowed to proceed, regardless of any analysis of the evidence that could have been put before the court.
This whole thing is a joke. Trump is a joke. Any decent political party would have discard him. They didn’t. The US will then elect him in November. Then regret it forever. The US is a broken country where the middle class is disappearing fast.

Fani Willis has no credibility. Fani and Nathan Wade should both recuse themselves from Trump's Georgia case!! Fani won't have time to prosecute Trump's case anyway. Fani will be on another 10 cruises with her boyfriend Nathan Wade, all on the taxpayer dime. Also Nathan Wade has no experience as a Rico lawyer. Yet Fani paid Nathan almost $1 million in Georgia taxpayer money!! They used part of this million dollars to go on many cruises etc
Fani should not only recuse herself from Trump's case, but Fani should resign as the DA of Fulton county!!

Your mistake is in thinking the GOP is still a political party. it is a cult. It has no core principals but only help their fearless leader avoid prison and whatever he feels like that the moment. It is absurd to call them conservative.
So in other words you cant point to any part of the evidence or the allegations which is false or effected by her behavior even if true.
