I think Ford supporters have selective memory loss. Only a few weeks ago he had a drink thrown at him and was going to have security when out in public.

It's classic symptom of substance abuse that he can only stay straight and sober for around 6-8 weeks before having another relapse.

I guess the voters will set the standard of what is appropriate in the next election.

Unless, of course, the emotional Ford haters (who obviously have never walked around after having a few and/or feel Ford is not entitled to do so even if they have) feel he should be kicked out immediately for this as well. If not, stew in your hate, 'til votin' day.

BTW, I don't give a damn about Ford. I don't necessarilly support him (I didn't vote for him) but myy emotion is directed to the Ford haters who continue to think they have issues that are mountains, but time has proven them all to be molehills. They are lead by the malicious Star and continue to behave like little spoiled children who did not get their way last election and refuse to accept that we live in a democracy. You win some and you lose some. This time you lost. Suck it up.

Your right manji. I definitely jumped the gun in accusing you of wanting to start the lynching. Should have known there would be other volunteers with the hyperbole.....

Who knows, that Tim's cup could be filled with straight vodka.

(And I'd still vote for Ford before I voted for Olivia Chow or any other NDP communist type.)

He was at a public event as the mayor, dressed in a suit and tie and appeared intoxicated.

I don't really care if he has a substance abuse problem or if he's a drunk but he should not be representing the city of Toronto like this.
