I sort of get what you're saying, but when it comes to "flirting" one has to be careful. More so men. That's just the way it is. You need to know how to read the situation. Stick to the chicks who like you, you'll have way more fun. Unless you're a deranged individual of course.
I like to flirt with females at parties, especially the open-minded ones. But I'm also pretty quick to judge who is up for it and who isn't. I know you don't "go there" with the ones who aren't into it. It's simple.
The problem with many of these accused is that they don't know how to read females, or more likely just don't care because they're super rich and powerful. They push the boundaries regardless of how comfortable the other person feels.
There's no way these guys have made it this far, been around all sorts of woman for years on end, to not have know right from wrong. They just figured they could get away with it.

Absolutely correct. It's similar mentality with guys being naked in a locker room. Nobody cares unless you find out a guy is gay and then suddenly people do care.
