Entertaining? - YES
Great movie? - NO (unless you live for action/martial arts/special effects moves)

I haven't seen it yet but the trailer on their website looks promising. Isn’t this film rated R (Restricted), I saw lot of young teenagers lining up at the theatre last night.

I thought the first one was better...oh and by the way if you sit through the credits you can see the preview for the third one.... or check it on line.

I just came back from seeing it with my sons, the younger of which is 11. Under 14 must be accompanied by an adult, AA. In the States that's an R rating. Different lettering systems, same bottom line.

god dammit.
i like it too. and it cause an explosion of question in my head.
soo many questions need to be answer in the next movie.

there are some dull moment, like the dance sence.

the conversation with the archetect was the hardest part to understand, i tried soo hard to understand, but the words just came in from the left ear and went out from my right ear.

i think i will watch it again from the dvd

I saw it an liked it better than the first. The stunts/action/martial arts were all better and there was more of them.

The one flaw I has was the way it ended. From a Marketing standpoint its good because it leaves you wanting more, for the audience it was like the ride came to a screeching stop.

Piece of advice...... stay through the credits because they show a short (1-1 1/2 minute) coming attraction of Matrix Revolutions.

haha HOrnet, i dont even watch the trailer for the second movie, because it is spoiler.

anyways, from this movie and plus my personal experience, i have a really interesting question.

what is the facter that make us make decision, is it the past that we have or is is the future we expecting to get?

sweet girl. i wish you luck.

at the sex part. hehehe, yeah,i was stuned to see this part, it was soo explicit for an action movie like this.

but in the end, i consider this is a more ramance movie.
the "end" was soo good, that i want to cry out. i was like, dont die, you can't die...

and tell you what, it has way better plot than the Titanic.

Good movie? Hah! I don't care about the money, they can keep my $13. What I want back is the 2.5 hours of my life I wasted by going to see this bloated self indulgent piece of crap.

I loved The Matrix and I waited four years for a sequel. Now I wish I could just pretend that there was no sequel. How far could the Wachowski brothers sink?.

Special effects do not a movie make. Sure the first movie had great special effects, but that is not what made it such a great film. It was the story.

Hollywood seems to have no originality left in it. Everything is remakes, remakes and more rehashed ideas. We need more good stories in movies not $.05 worth of story with $100 000 000 worth of FX. The problem is is that the movie going public doesn't seem to care that they are getting ripped off by Hollywood. It's not that I don't like movies, it's just seems that for every 10 movies I see, 1 is excellent, 1 or 2 are good and the rest are crap.

Just my thoughts on it.

Was not as good as the first one, had some wicked special effects though. The CGI Neo looked pretty fake, thats what you get trying to make actors look like martial artists I guess.
