Manscaping.... Does it make a difference??

I always shave my groin area completely clean a day or 2 before I have an appointment with an SP. I've been doing this for years in hobbying and also in my personal life. The thing is, it's quite time consuming and I have very little free time now. I'm considering only manscaping once every other week or even once every 2-3 weeks.

My question to fellow hobbyists and also to SP's is..... Do you get better service (ie a better BBBJ, DT, BLS) when you are nicely groomed down there? I know that it might make a difference to a few SP's. However, if most SP's will do the deed with equal gusto regardless if you are sporting a bush or a baldie, then I may decrease my manscaping significantly.

In my experience, I get significantly more DT/BLS and even rimming when I am completely hairless. But, Brazilian wax hurts like a motherfucker! Also, hair removing creams work well for me. They don't take up too much time either.

I have been clean-shaven since day one.... From what I have noticed, most ladies prefer this. It gives them peace of mind knowing that nothing is hidden inside the bush. Some likes the smoothness so much that they will feel and caress that area while chatting.

Ive read numerous remarks from the ladies commenting that recently shaven can be uncomfortable due to stubble, and I personally dislike shaving completely bare as it leaves my skin irritated and itchy in the crotch area. I personally prefer to trim so its clear that I take care of myself but not so low that its stubble. I also sport a goatee at all times and have had no issues with DKF. I trim everything right before going so there are no long hairs that might tickle the lady or interfere with kissing. Ill never shave my face fully as I hate the baby face look, so I hope it continues to be a non-issue.

Ya gotta watch out for nicks and cuts when shaving as that would be a hobby no-no ...no lady wants to address a scab issue. Give it a couple of days prior. Most ladies. Imho, appreciate at least some attempt to manage the pube issue...

Im with DirtyMind... I trim/ groom the area nicely to avoid the stubble feel and look. As for the rest on my body I keep it trimmed and maintained well. This is just regular every day manscaping.

But as for the face, I shave with an electric shaver (not the one I use for trimming down below lol). I typically shave face for that 5 o'clock look, and keep it that way (when Im not seeing sp's). I find my face skin real sensitive, especially if I shave every day for that baby face look. But when I see sp's I know they appreciate the baby face feel, so I do it then only.

I'd agree, razors in the groin area... risk of a cut ... to much risk for me and the sp.

I've been completely shaving my body hair for about 12 years now and I have to agree with the OP that it is a time-consuming process but worth it. I usually have a shower, shave then soak in a bath for a half-hour to 40 minutes to get any spots I missed followed by another quick shower.

The only downside is now that it's become more common, I've noticed that most ladies don't react to it anymore. When I first started doing, I felt like I stood out and received constant compliments, one lady practically creamed herself when she saw my pubic hair was completely shaved.

I do have a lot of ladies telling me that they appreciate it. I'm also disappointed that Gillette discontinued their Body razors. Luckily, a couple of drug stores close to where I work had a clearance special on them so I stocked up.

I trim once a month and never had a problem with mileage. I’ve never thought that if I was completely shaven down there I’d get better service. These ladies are here to make money they don’t really care unless you look like you’ve never done anything down there for years that’s when you might see your mileage decrease.

Some women appreciate it especially downstairs. On the chest, shoulders and back it's all subjective - how bad the hair is and some women prefer small hair some don't. All women hate the feeling of a stubble on chest when having sex so be careful of that.

I manscape the shit of my junk. Balls are the hardest.

I use philips BG machine rather than blade. Much better on skin. I use hydrocordoscone cream for the itch. It really helps!

I started shaving completely down there about 5 years ago and notice the same thing, more BLS and rimming. I shave about 2 days before so that the irritation settles down, but it does take about 30 minutes to do the job properly.

I love BLS and rimming. I've found that a lady is a lot more open to it if she sees you're shaved. It definitely improves mileage. I received a very pleasant surprise when a lady I've been seeing regularly gave me a rimjob.

I actually almost got waxed once. I had a girlfriend who worked at a spa who offered to get me a "Boyzillian".

Is it fun for either party if the giver has to stop every thirty seconds to pull pubes out of her mouth? Probably not. And it probably isn't overly pretty when she is gagging on pubes in the back of her throat like a cat with a furball. Trim the forest.

What the "ladies" (I always found that a strange word, but I digress) appreciate more than anything is a fat wallet and good hygiene. Shaving your Dick is way back of those two.

I started some limited ‘scaping (balls, base of shaft and some minimal pube trimming 5 or 6 years ago. Can’t say I’ve noticed a huge difference (maybe a little more BLS, but there is a lot of variation between providers so hard to tell). Now I wasn’t super hairy there to begin with so take that into consideration. Personally I like it. It feels better, balls are more sensitive, feels be tter during sex. Plus with sports, you aren’t dealing with hairs getting pulled/ twisted in your jock/ cycling shorts etc.

Downside is stubble which is a bit itchy (scratchy dick and balls probably doesn’t feel too good for her either) so you have to keep on top of it. If you unexpectedly have the opportunity to have sex when you haven’t done it in a few days, you may have shot stubble issue. Ingrown hairs suck too. I think they become less frequent the more you shave, but it’s still an issu in those areas you shave down to bare skin.

And yes, trimming the bush does make the tree look bigger, so there’s that minor advantage too.
