There have been guys in SC's hunting for lost wedding bands but going home with out the balls ... I'm guessing that will be hard to explain.
I've never heard of a black market for balls ... kidney, eyes, liver, bone marrow but testicles ?

A 30-year-old Moscow resident was hospitalized with wounds of a very intimate nature. As LifeNews found out, when in the care of physicians the man complained to them that his casual female acquaintance had skillfully castrated him in the sauna. The criminal’s actions were executed with surgical precision - the woman sewed even the smallest blood vessels.

At the hospital, the man spent hours in intensive care, as doctors were forced to operate for a second time on his testicles.
