Well you have already said the judge should be shot. No need to be coy about it now.
The judge in this case is the terrorist. He is using his own values to assess the gravity of the offense and not precedents and historical cases. If a judge would abuse his position and impose his own personal morality on me, you can bet I would impose mine. That is why public confidence in the legal system is so important. If you think I am the only one who would resort to vigilante behavior under such circumstances.. well then you are no smarter then I think you are.

Wow you are almost dumb enough to be a cop!!! If you had the brains to use google, you will see it happens quite a lot. It is not publicized much so that people don't get ideas. I am not a very vengeful person. A lot would slide of my back as I believe in Karma, but if my life were ruined to the point I had nothing better to do with my life, I would do it. And if I failed I would not really care. At this point in my life what happened to this guy would not remotely ruin me. I would just move to another country after I got out of prison. There are good bad and terrible judges.
In this case, if the judges are still alive when they finish their jail sentences, I would laugh my head off if some of the many kids they ruined take revenge on them, or the parents of the kids.

I am not calling for it, I said if that was me I would feel the need to take revenge. You don't own the rights to the word "terrorist" in fact, you seem pretty clueless as to what it means. The judge abused his power and delivered a sentence that was well out of proportion to the crime. Not to deter pedophiles (since this was clearly unintentional) but to deter "hooking up" which is quite common in todays mainstream...and NOT illegal. So just to walk your PUNY mind through this logic...he did it to TERRORIZE like minded males to stop behavior he found IMMORAL and OFFENSIVE yet is not illegal. He also abused his position to do so. Just because he did not kill anyone, and abused his position to terrorize does not absolve him of the act. Regardless I am sure this retarded sentence will be reduced on appeal, thankfully only the odd judge is an evil scumbag.
What, he's only on the Sex Offender Registry for 25 years and not for life. The judge should be commended for that. :thumb:

Sorry, still does not meet the test. Saying someone deserves to get shot or killed, is not really calling for it. Taking pleasure at something happening is not calling for it.
Saying I would do something if a set of circumstances were to befall me is not calling for it either. Nor is it a threat unless I was in some legal bind where it would be possible I may be facing such circumstances. Even in hindsight, it seems it is already happening, although most of the cases I read about, the people that killed the judges were lunatics and really had not been treated unfairly, so there you go. I wonder how Fuji would feel if he was in those same circumstances. Would he feel fairly treated? Of course he would never answer as he has no ability to walk in the shoes of others.
