I'm in my 70's and still like to lightly hobby. What's happened is that my preference has now shifted to MP's from SP's. I think because there is less pressure to perform, and no need for a condom.

I can even help them along. I still remember with one mature MP when I took over to help her with the hand job she said: "It's lot more fun when you can do this with someone else". It relaxed her and freed her up to do other things since she didn't feel like everything depended on her performance.

I'm at 50mg right now.

I prefer the evening sessions as I tend to get a headache, feel tired after I'm done with an SP so I can sleep a little bit after and I'm back to normal the next day.

I kind of picked this provider because she said it was a massage. So thought would be good to start off something simple. The massage involved too much work I found (not enough stimulation) and when it was finally time for the main event things went down hill in a hurry.

I think everyone who does this activity regularly will have their fair share of bad/mediocre experiences, myself included. If the thought of "retiring," as you put it, comes into your head, use it and run with it. This hobby should be done in extreme moderation only. With that said, you will never fully retire, because we are sexual males and and this whole giving up escorts talk is all good when you are not horny, content, and have other things going on. Eventually you will succumb to your urges, which is fine if its once or twice a month.

As for bad experience. I have come to realize that if you run into such escorts with a:

1) Shitty attitude,

2) Don't want to be there,

3)Low energy

4) Going through the motions

It's because they are doing this strictly as job and nothing more. Some will be more professional than others, just the nature of things. Same as any other profession.

It happens. I always stick to well reviewed providers and had some bad experiences. I generally do hh before seeing them again and doing an hr. The first visit is like a vibe check—it should give you a sense of how well you connect with the provider, how satisfied you are with their services, and whether they take their time or rush through the appointment.

Yes for years I would get that "urge " only once or twice a year. But then me and my SO were still having sex from time to time back then
Now the last few years it's turned into once every couple of months or so. I guess all in moderation.

Comment on Viagra dosage. There is a large Japanese study which found that 200 mg can be safe if you move up slower. Add 20 mg tab each time and check for side affects.

I have used up to 180mg with no negative effects. The healthcare industry 100mg limit is their often "erring on the side of caution". They have liability so they are being extra careful.

I don’t think having a disappointing time and performance issues with a sub par provider indicates that it’s time to retire. As you’ve admitted, the low price point is a bit of a red flag. The performance issues were directly related to her attitude and you feeling like you were being rushed, and / or directed to do stuff in the session that you preferred not to.

I’m basically the same age as you, and for the last several years, have really only stuck to regulars 90% of the time. I’m lucky to rarely have any issue at all with performance, but
I know that if I get any sense that a girl is rushing me or is not interested that will put me off, at least making it very hard to finish, and the pressure of that can lead to going soft. I have dabbled a bit with low dose ed meds, and that could give you a little bit of extra confidence in yourself.

I am feeling thr same as OP; however I saw some well reviewed ladies in the absence of my Regs and my last reg session was subpar.

What's the expression? "It is not you. It's me."

It just may be that time...
