That was not my experience.
You refused to refund my deposit when the only girl I was interest in seeing, cancelled. Twice, if I recall correctly.
I asked you multiple times for a refund and you gave me every reason and excuse why it was not possible.
Said the ONLY option was a credit.
To be fair, I did get to use it when the only girl I wanted to see didn't cancel her shift.
But you did not offer me a discount.
I can post screen shots of our text messages if you want to dispute what I have posted.
That was my first and last time I will ever pay a deposit in this business. And the only reason that I did break down and pay it was because I really wanted to see that girl and because I was a regular client at your Front St location for years and trusted (past tense) you, and your agency.
Let's see if you use have the integrity to not use your influence as an advertiser to get this honest post deleted
I am truly sorry to hear about your negative experience with getting a refund. Please allow us to offer an explanation. When we started our verification policy almost two years ago, we were severely understaffed administratively. For this reason, it was just not easy to process refunds in a timely manner. So it was decided that a store credit without expiration would be issued instead.
As you yourself have vouched, you were able to use that store credit without any hassle.
Very quickly upon adding another staff member to help us out, we were able process refunds much more rapidly. That is also the reason why we decided to start allowing clients to verify themselves via TERB. We have the staff to be able to handle more work. We are growing, evolving and adapting to the needs of our clients.
I apologize once more, and we will make it up to you for the inconvenience since your business is important to us. Please check your PM for that.
Regarding your other comments, it is fair to say that our agency is not one that has any influence on the content that is allowed or disallowed on the board. Nor do we have any input as to who is banned or not. It is a common misconception by some of the board members that agencies have this kind of pull. It is true that it is not in the best interest of TERB to allow their advertisers to be badgered by anonymous internet aliases; however, they decide what they allow or disallow.
