She has a bitchy, villainous face that is both sexy and ugly at the same time. Hard to describe lol.Wtf? Euwwwwwwwwwwww
Testimony is evidence is it not?No, it's almost line for line the same evidence. That's the sad part.
I'll repeat myself, the British legal system is a piscadur. It's runs on the motto, "do as I say not as I do". They recently charged Kevin Spacey with four counts of sexual assault, the American courts wouldn't touch the case. Are you truly supporting Heard based solely on legal grounds with no bias of your own? If so then if this case finds against her, then you should be OK with that. If not, then you also have a bias. Either towards the UK legal system, or Heard herself. I'm betting it is Heard. Which is odd considering she has much more documentation in her past of violence towards her partners, then Depp does.
In my humble opinion., Amber Heard has been outed as an emotional tire fire. Her membership to the 'elite 'rocket' community has been pulled and replaced with a lifelong rebranding as a 'bullet'. One I am sure 99% of intelligent wealrhy humans will dodge.I thought Musk was bonging that bisexual singer with the weird name?
Assuming you've got a valid point - and this isn't just general misogyny about an "unworthy woman who betrayed her man" - how many multi billionaire dudes will step forward to take care of Amber Heard. She's hot. She's well known. She's a minor Hollywood leading lady with a career which might still actually be viable. I don't think she's going to lack for daddies who could buy and sell your ass a million times over.
And hey, worse comes to worse that 4 bedroom beach house in Malibu's not bad either.
I'm just pissed off with Depp endlessly relitigating the same case because he has the money to do so.Testimony is evidence is it not?
You should know that every time you put a witness on the stand to be crossed, the evidence is different because the testimony is different.
Their reactions are different. How they respond is different. Unless it is simply a recording of the testimony she gave in the UK case, her testifying in this case is different evidence. She responded and reacted differently to these lawyers and their questions, then in the UK case. And apparently, to most people who watched her, her responses, her mannerisms, her facial reactions, her testimony just wasn't very convincing this time. Hence new evidence.
Again, if this court finds in favor of Depp, will you accept her fault in all of this?

I'm sorry all those actors you like are getting in trouble, IV.I'll repeat myself, the British legal system is a piscadur. It's runs on the motto, "do as I say not as I due". They recently charged Kevin Spacey with four counts of sexual assault, the American courts wouldn't touch the case.
This isn't quite accurate. The case in the UK was against The Sun, not against Amber Heard. The case was about The Sun titling an article calling Depp a "Wife Beater".I'm also put off by the Team Depp rah-rahing and the continual attacks on Heard. Based on the English decision, Heard was genuinely abused. For an abused woman to have the courage to confront her accuser and speak out and then to be further abused by being sued first in the UK and then - when she won in the UK - to be sued all over again in the US by her rich, coke addict abuser is pretty outrageous.
Well based on the evidence presented in this trial by both parties, A trial that I have watched, it is pretty obvious that Heard is lying. If this is indeed the same evidence that was presented in the UK case, I'm wondering what the judge in that case was smoking. Because it is pretty obvious that she was the agressor, she was the abuser, and if Depp participated in any violence, it was to defend himself from Heard.I'm just pissed off with Depp endlessly relitigating the same case because he has the money to do so.
I thought the English judge wrote a thorough, well-founded decision. The US jury has every right to draw a different conclusion on what is almost bound to be the same evidence - because it's the same evidence about the same allegations about the same incidents. Because juries don't release reasons for decision, it's going to be impossible to determine whether their view of the case was better than the judge's or worse. So that will make it difficult for anyone who thought the English judgment was convincingly written and reasoned to give any weight to the US jury decision.
And that's about where I stand. For the record, I barely knew who Heard was before this and haven't watch the trial videos. I started reading the English decision out of pure curiosity and thought Depp was an asshole by the time I was about a quarter way through. That's because he comes across as an asshole in that decision.

He didn't. There was no evidence apart from one time he called her a bitch and that does count as verbal abuse, so from a fine print POV, she may still win. Maybe that's how the UK newspaper won, because the statement of abuse on Depp's part (in calling her a bitch when she chopped his finger) is true. As far as physical violence, nothing. He's not that type, even when he's high on drugs.if Depp participated in any violence, it was to defend himself from Heard.
He didn't use physical force as self defense. His self defense was to run away to his other houses, and on occasion, hide in bathrooms. She would go from bathroom to bathroom to hunt him down with her weapon. There are 5 bathrooms at one of his places, it took her some time before he called security once he found a safe place. This was presented in court.it didn't matter if AH slapped him or not, but rather the fact that Depp used physical force against AH (even if it was in self defence), in and of itself defends The Sun's characterization of Depp as a wife beater.
The recordings that I heard weren't from an abused woman... it was from a woman abusing her husband and telling him that nobody would believe she was doing the abusing.I'm just pissed off with Depp endlessly relitigating the same case because he has the money to do so.

I agree, I was giving an example. From what I heard, it was her that abused him. She is a psychopath and has a history of getting physical with people when things dont go her way.He didn't use physical force as self defense. His self defense was to run away to his other houses, and on occasion, hide in bathrooms. She would go from bathroom to bathroom to hunt him down with her weapon. There are 5 bathrooms at one of his places, it took her some time before he called security once he found a safe place. This was presented in court.
Also, she gave him a large ass knife as a "gift" as presented in court. She was grilled why she gave him an assault weapon as a gift... A real victim of abuse will not buy weapons for one's abuser.
This women's just crazy. She attacks people physically in public. Has no shame. She was arrested for beating someone at an airport. She beat up her sister (on video). People say she even bruised Elon Musk's face (this is only rumours), because he went in his jet looking normal, and arrived with heard with bruises.
Chris Rock made a joke everyone except Amber Heard. I'd also add Elizabeth Holmes and Ghislaine Maxwell to the bitch list.Does this put the stake in the heart of all women should be believed?
But the videos you heard were carefully selected and edited extracts. So of course they framed Heard in an unattractive light. The recordings that I heard weren't from an abused woman... it was from a woman abusing her husband and telling him that nobody would believe she was doing the abusing.
Just admit that you like women that shit on your bed. You're a real kinky one.
If you're accusing a rich, powerful, well-connected man, pretty much it does.Does this put the stake in the heart of all women should be believed?
Yes, it was set up this way by Depp's management and the studios who want to make money off his name again.Depp has won this case whatever the verdict is. The court of public opinion has clearly spoken. He is going to get his career back. Robert Downey Jr. has already said he wants to get him a break so Expect him as the next Sherlock Holmes Villain. After that (or before) some Indy films as well to get his cred back. He will also get the big interviews either way.
Heard? Absolutely BPD. She is toast in Hollywood. And will soon fade out.
