She accidentally blurted she used a bruise kit (instead of a make up kit). Actors use a bruise kit for injury scenes. Some companies in China sell them and it's funny how one is using Amber Heard to promote their product haha. Twitter is funny. 20220522_174122.jpg

Doing your own research?

Why would Heard need to paint a bruise on her face when she was still with Depp?

Amber intents to donate...(jk)... PLEDGE 7 million Dollars to TERB as 1 member on this board, the only person on Earth, believes in anything Ms. Heard has to say....
Aside from the 4 judges in England who dismissed Depp's case there?

Hi Amber (mandrill). Welcome to Toronto. I hope you like the crappy weather here. Didn't know you were planning on working as a SP but I'm sure you'll have a great time. It's much easier than acting. You don't need a bruise kit or photo shopped tears.

Warner Bros. exec testifies over Heard's 'Aquaman 2' role

Doha Madani

2h ago / 11:04 AM EDT

Warner Bros considered recasting Amber Heard’s role in “Aquaman 2” due to lack of chemistry, studio exec says.

Walter Hamada, president of DC Films for Warner Bros. Pictures, testified through a video deposition as Depp's first rebuttal witness on Tuesday.

Hamada, whose deposition was filmed in March, answered questions regarding Heard's contract for the "Aquaman" franchise and her role in the superhero sequel.

He said Heard’s contract was not renegotiated because of statements from Depp or his former attorney, which Heard's attorney argued was part of the defamation damages in her countersuit.

"As a company, we go through a lot of trouble when we make our deals with actors," Hamada testified. "We get the options for subsequent movies and I think prior to me joining the company, every option was renegotiated. And on of the things we're putting a reign on was not renegotiating every deal."

Hamada also denied that the company reduced Heard's role in "Aquaman 2," saying the sequel was built around the male characters.

"The movie was always pitched as a buddy comedy between Jason Momoa and Patrick Wilson," Hamada said.

Heard's option was delayed over concerns whether Heard was the right fight for the film, Hamada said, adding that there were some conversations about potentially recasting her role due to concerns around her chemistry with Momoa, who played the titular role.

"Editorially, they were able to make that relationship work in the first movie but there was a concern that it took a lot of effort to get there and would we better off casting someone who had better more natural chemistry with Jason Momoa," Hamada said.

Witness questions claims that Heard could have scored $1 million TV deal

David K. Li
1h ago / 12:16 PM EDT

A witness on Tuesday contested an expert's assertion that Heard could have parlayed her "Aquaman" work into more successful deals in Hollywood, including a $1 million-per-episode TV gig.

Kathryn Arnold, a producer and entertainment industry consultant, testified on Monday that Heard should be in the same galaxy as Hollywood stars like Ana de Armas, Zendaya, Gal Gadot and others after getting her “‘Star Is Born’ moment” with her breakout superhero role in “Aquaman."

Arnold said Heard's career has suffered since Adam Waldman, Depp’s ex-attorney, publicly called her abuse accusations against Depp “false” and a “hoax.”

But veteran entertainment lawyer Richard Marks, who spoke on Depp's defense, testified that Arnold's “assessment of damages is built on nothing and it’s wildly speculative.”

Marks said shortly after her "Aquaman" success, Heard scored a TV series for $200,000 per episode, far short of any $1 million pay day.

"And Ms. Arnold, from somewhere in a glib way, (is) saying she (Heard) could get a couple series of a million each?" Marks told jurors.

"I can tell you as someone in the trenches, rarely, rarely does an actor get an $1 million for a series episode."

Does Heard have a history of falsely accusing past. Boyfriends of abuse?

No, but she does have documented history of intimate partner violence.
And the cherry on top is the BPD diagnosis.

As well add vehicular homicide as a teen.

Shes a real class act.

It has been proven that vehicular homicide is a false accusation.

Talent wise Amber Heard is in the same boat as Megan Fox. Ana De Armas and Zendaya have proven that they can carry a project successfully.

...to put it another way, Christopher Plummer would have eaten Amber Heard's heart as a nice light snack.

The BPD diagnosis is as speculative as the NPD diagnosis that has been applied to Depp by armchair shrinks. And the vehicular homicide is completely unrelated.

Johnny Depp Wins Women's Abuse Organization's Support in Amber Heard Trial

A women's abuse organization recently voiced its support for Johnny Depp amid the high-profile defamation trial between the actor and ex-wife Amber Heard.

Depp sued Heard for $50 million for defaming him after she wrote an opinion piece in 2018 claiming she was a victim of domestic violence. Heard has emotionally testified in the last few weeks that she had been beaten and sexually assaulted by Depp during their relationship, and Depp has consistently denied the accusations, alleging that Heard physically abused him.

MISSION NGO, a nonprofit international organization supporting women and children from physical, sexual, and psychological abuse, released a statement in support of Depp, and people on social media have applauded the organization for recognizing men as domestic abuse victims.

Valeria Altobelli, MISSION NGO's president and founder, wrote in the statement: "Violence is a serious topic. As women, as mothers, we have the duty and the responsibility to educate our sons and daughters, that's to say, the Future Generation, in the light of the values of dialogue, respect and compassion between men and women, without any gender distinction, in order to prevent violence with the weapons of love and education.

"In deep respect of the victims of domestic abuses that we have to affirm for intellectual honesty are, generally, WOMEN, we feel to express, as women, as mothers, as free thinkers, our compassion for Johnny Depp in this bad page of his personal history."

Altobelli also wrote and shared an open letter according to Globe Newswire, in which she said, "MISSION NGO women from all over the world stand against domestic violence, regardless of gender, age or race. Our mission is to educate men and women, with no gender differences, to keep talking and living in the values of love, mutual comprehension and sensitivity in order to prevent all kinds of violence, against women against men, against children."

Altobelli's letter continued, "As women, we have compassion and we feel empathy not for THE star, THE talent, THE actor but for a man, a father, a worker, A HUMAN. Mental Health is something we have to care about to live in a positive environment where women and men can love and respect each other without any kind of abuse and violence. We are human and we have to find the HUMANITY we are born to live for."

DEPP V. HEARD
KATE MOSS UNDERCUTS HEARD'S DV ALLEGATION

Kate Moss Testifies for Ex Johnny Depp: 'He Never Pushed Me, Kicked Me or Threw Me Down Any Stairs'

1653519753511.jpeg

Kate Moss testified that Johnny Depp "never pushed" her down "any stairs" when they were dating in the 1990s.

On Wednesday morning, the British model, 48, appeared via live video link in front of the Fairfax, Virginia, courtroom to address a reference Depp's ex-wife Amber Heard, 36, made in previous testimony about Moss and "stairs."

Kate Moss took the stand in Depp vs. Heard Wednesday ... and squarely told a radically different story from the one Amber Heard told the jury.

Kate Moss Testifies for Ex Johnny Depp: 'He Never Pushed Me, Kicked Me or Threw Me Down Any Stairs'

Amber Heard previously testified about a rumor she'd heard of Johnny Depp allegedly pushing ex-girlfriend Kate Moss down a set of stairs

Moss, who said that she and Depp dated from 1994 to 1998, testified that the alleged incident occurred while they were vacationing at a resort in Jamaica, and that he did not push her when she fell.

"We were leaving the room and Johnny left the room before I did. There had been a rainstorm. As I left the room, I slid down the stairs and I hurt my back," she said under oath. "I screamed because I didn't know what happened to me and I was in pain. He came running back to help me and carried me to my room and got me medical attention."

"He never pushed me, kicked me or threw me down any stairs," added Moss.

Moss was not cross-examined by Heard's team.

Heard, earlier this month, mentioned Moss' name during her time on the stand while discussing an alleged altercation that happened on a staircase back in March 2015 between Depp and Heard's sister Whitney Henriquez. The Aquaman actress said Henriquez became "in the line of fire … trying to get Johnny to stop," which reminded her of a rumored incident between Moss and Depp involving a stair altercation. She said she then intervened to defend her younger sister.

"[Whitney's] back was to the staircase, and Johnny swings at her," Heard testified. "I don't hesitate, I don't wait — I just, in my head, instantly think of Kate Moss and stairs. And I swung at him."

"In all of my relationship to date with Johnny, I hadn't landed a blow. And I, for the first time, hit him — like, actually hit him. Square in the face," Heard added. "He didn't push my sister down the stairs."

Heard previously brought up the Moss staircase allegation during her testimony at Depp's U.K. defamation trial in 2020.

Haven't followed the case very much but this clip is pretty good:
Bear in mind that all those clips are hand-selected and carefully framed. They're not going to be representative of the case as a whole, which depends on the entire 6-weeks of evidence. Any decent attorney can beat up a witness for 5 minutes. And no one has ever claimed that Heard is lily-white. But if 90% of the evidence in the trial is that Depp was an out of control cokehead narcissist, enabled by dozens of lackeys, scoring points off Heard is not likely to be a successful trial strategy.

Remember that this is a note-for-note replay of a previous trial in the UK that Depp lost badly.

No one's disputing Depp is addicted to drugs. The question is whether he beat her up for years or even once. She claims to be a victim of domestic violence. If it was true, she wouldn't need to fake bruises, alert the paparazzi and goto Court for a photoshoot. She could've simply called the police and they would have arrested him immediately if there was any evidence of violence. She did infact call the police. This would be a criminal case, not a civil one. Plenty of rich, powerful, Hollywood types have been charged criminally for wrong doing so can't play the rich and famous conspiracy card. Also, she wouldn't need to lie under oath, be a nerve wreck on the stand, etc.

Defamation cases are hard to prove that's why he lost the UK case and will probably lose this case too. His goal is to get the truth out, not to get $50m from Heard. He knows she doesn't have $50m anyway but at least he can get a job now.
