Forcrisssakes, lock her up already,.

Put her in a cell with Trump.

I can't think of any harsher penalty for either one of them.

Why would he have to debunk it. Why not let the well know conservative Byron York form the conservative paper do it.

Speaking about the filing, Washington Examiner reporter Byron York revealed there wasn't much "there" there.

'I don't read a lot into this," said York.
Fuck, if the Examiner is passing on it, it is probably weaker than I thought.

Right-wing media outlets and Republican politicians, including Trump, are citing Durham's court filing to accuse Hillary Clinton's 2016 campaign of spying on Trump because of the use of the data.
But Durham's court filing doesn't allege that the pro-Clinton researchers use of internet data meant that there was any eavesdropping on content of communications.
Durham has used the Sussmann case to more broadly draw attention to the role of unsavory political opposition research in the 2016 election.
Sussmann is charged with making a false statement to the FBI about his representation of the Democrats, when he shared data that pro-Clinton researchers believed linked Trump Organization servers to a Russian bank in 2016.

The five-year statute of limitations appears to have passed for Durham to accuse Sussmann of any wrongdoing related to his meeting with the CIA. Passing along information from researchers to intelligence officials for further investigation is not uncommon and isn't necessarily a crime.
The new details were included in a more mundane request to have Sussmann agree to waive any conflict-of-interest issues that could arise because his lawyers have represented others connected to the investigation in the past.
Sussmann is set to go to trial in a few months, and the case is largely expected to be based on the testimony of former FBI General Counsel James Baker, who has made shaky statements in testimony over the past few years about his memory of his interactions with Sussmann.

The degree to which they got their money`s worth is relevant but not paramount.

Fox News… bahahahahahhaha

So…. They caught a lawyer lying in the “investigation”. That part I am good with.

Then, they interview and quote a bunch of people not involved in the investigation at all. They say it all kinds of things how illegal this and that were… print it in the same story… and it becomes an imaginary smoking gun.

However… the Durham investigation found the Intel firm was mining data… not planting it as others suggested. Further, when they presented that data to the FBI, they said they were not working for a client…. And are not accused of working for a client.

It amazes me that Fox has to go to its own pundits to provide more context for juicy quotes. Looks like the regular Terb righties cannot see basic tactics designed to fool them.

***Mr. Sussmann is accused of lying to the FBI at a September 2016 meeting when he presented documents claiming to show secret internet communications between the Trump Organization and Russia-based Alfa Bank. The indictment says Mr. Sussmann falsely told the FBI he was presenting this information solely as a good citizen—failing to disclose his ties to the Clinton***

The article does not say the info provided to authorities about Trumps crimes was made up… It’s says the he failed to disclose who he was working for.

Your argument that the Russian Collusion scandal was a hoax needs to based on something more substantial than a failed disclosure. It’s like saying you weren’t drunk driving last night because the cop car had a burned out headlight and should not have been on the road to pull you over.

“Russia… if your listening, perhaps you could find those missing emails!”

At least the Clintons had the brains to try to hide their misdeeds. 🤣🤣🤣

Yeah, become telling a joke on the campaign trail is exactly the same as hacking the sitting President in the White House. Wow! Where can I buy your brand of cool aid? It's far superior to my (legal) marijuana.

Wasn’t a joke when your son is meeting the Russians at your office.

Wasn’t a joke when US intelligence intercepted a Russian message being delivered home stating Jared asked the Russians to set up a secret communications channel to the Kremlin to avoid US surveillance. (That was US intel info… not the Clinton campaign).

Wasn’t a joke when about 20 people in your circle get indicted… and that number is still going up. The investigations are ongoing.

No Frills sells the purple kool aid. You will enjoy that one.

ohhh… does the Mary Jane help you avoid the reality of the Jan 6 Coup attempt? Navarro and Bannon have been open about the plan to overturn an election. Several US Senators were aware of it.

And yet Mueller dismissed your conspiracy theory, but Durham issued real charges. Drink more cool aid.

No. Mueller did not. He sent the report up to the AG to make a decision. Who hand picked that AG again. Sure glad there was no conflict of interest there.

And the Mueller investigation nabbed at least a dozen people… in Trumps circle.
