The most reliable ads I have found are right here on terb. Unfortunately, not many advertise here especially in Durham Region. There are very few reliable ads on LL and I wish the few honest providers would switch to terb. Locanto and Listcrawler are even more unreliable than LeoList. Not much of a high bar there.
I have no idea what terb charges to advertise but, I am guessing it is quite a bit more than LeoList.
