You might try the Ontario Trial Lawyer Association (plaintiff firms mostly) to see if there are any current links which lead to lawyers who say they do this kind of stuff.It is regarding an approximately one million dollar loan and fraudulent conveyance.
That's the situation we are in now. We are very unhappy with the $540hr lawyer who we got and we think his main objective is to squeeze as much money as he can from us. Referral from someone with the first hand experience it is the most reliable way to find a good lawyer, not a google search or lawyer directories.As one using lawyers for my present proceedings, I dare say there are more bad lawyers than good ones, and they are interested in your cash - plus they do like to drag things out.
My suggestion is Word of mouth to get a good one. It will cost you lots of bucks to go with a bad one. Talk to people and get recommendations.
