L.L. likes taking drugs. She has lots of money. She buys drugs. She parties. She will keep buying drugs and partying if not in jail. California wants to send all female prisoners home who are in jail for non-violent crimes to save money and reduce prison overcrowding. So even if they gave her a couple of years, she still wouldn't go to jail.

I thought I saw the white stuff in the ziplock bag being handed off. In fact, I thought I saw another transaction or hand-off not involving her earlier in that vid.

Weird video. She's sitting outside of a very, very nice restaurant - I've been there twice - on the main drag in Venice California. Strange place to do a drug deal.

My observations of this video:

A) The guy with Lindsay bought the drugs - she witnessed but didn't participate. The only thing I noticed her exchanging was a cigarette lighter in the second half.

B) She has been photographed numerous times with her ankle bracelet (~ June 2011 - still wearing it.) but she isn't wearing one here.

C) From what I can see in the video - I'd still fuck her. ;)

At 1:43 , she hands over a small baggy to some guy.

That doesn't prove drugs though, it could have very well been baking soda.
