" He told reporters on Wednesday that he plans to oppose the upcoming bill, calling it Trudeau’s “latest attack on freedom of expression” and adding the prime minister cannot distinguish between hate speech and “speech he hates.”

Yeah.
That's just bullshit and he gets no props from me for that.
Now that The Bill has been released of course Pee Pee is backtracking:

Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre didn't immediately react to the bill when it was tabled. Instead, he released a statement saying his party supports criminalizing the harmful content categories laid out in the bill. But the Tory leader accused the Liberals of trying to create more bureaucracy rather than supporting law enforcement agencies.

"These serious acts should be criminalized, investigated by police, tried in court and punished with jail, not pushed off to new bureaucracy that does nothing to prevent crimes and provides no justice to victims," the statement said.

A spokesperson for the party told CBC News the Conservatives have not yet decided how they'll vote on the bill.

Poilievre also said Conservatives "do not believe that the government should be banning opinions that contradict the Prime Minister's radical ideology," though the statement did not specify which parts of the bill raised that concern.

This Bill has received a lot of praise when watching the Panel of all stripes comment on it during The Vassy Kapelos' Power and Politics Show!!

Wait wait.
We're talking about two different bills.

I though this was about the Pharmacare bill.
Saying that was about free speech was weird bullshit.
But now you are saying that he was actually talking about the online harm bill, which is completely different.

Just go back and scrutinize Posts#13, 19 and 20. I was giving you an example of no matter what Pee Pee will criticize a Bill such as the Online Harm Bill even if he has not even seen it in the first place. Your response was:

Well that is why it now confirms what I have been saying all along about Pee Pee's style of attack, where he put the cart before the horse!!

I realize I misread you.

I had said it was perfectly fine what he had said in the OP and asked if he said more.
You then said " He told reporters on Wednesday that he plans to oppose the upcoming bill, calling it Trudeau’s “latest attack on freedom of expression” and adding the prime minister cannot distinguish between hate speech and “speech he hates.”

I assumed you were referring to an attack he used on the Pharma bill, not switching to some completely other bill.

I still support his entirely reasonable position that he needs to see the text of the Pharma bill before sounding off on it.
