Dave Feschuk is a shit disturbing, pot stirring little douche who likes to be provocative for no other reason than for people to notice him and make himself appear to be more knowledgeable than the people who are directly involved in the game.
I do not read ET(phone home). What did he do now ?

In fact I do not read any reporter much.

He wrote this article regarding the Leafs being outshot. Leafs fans have been dying for some playoff action for years and now that we have it he wants to put a negative spin on it and punch a hole in the balloon. Even if there is some validity to the point, now is not the time to rain on the parade. Let us enjoy what we've been missing.

For all you Kessel haters, it was pointed out in the broadcast tonight that the last time a Leafs had back to back top 10 scorer was with Daryl Sittler.

Leafs need a big comeback. They're being badly outshot 33 to 17 with only 4 minutes left.

I think they should have started Scrivens to-night. Can't afford to have Reimer get hurt. Remember when that guy hit him with the stick and knocked his mask off?

Leafs beat Panthers 4-0 and guess what the Leafs were outshot according to game plan. Leafs just need 1 point or if Ottawa fails to get 4 points, to clinch 5th place.

Feschuk? isn't he the loser that called Reimer's mommy to get the low down on her baby's injury?

I don't give a damn about any columnist's over paid opinions. There opinions are the same as the stuff on here ....OPINIONS! They maybe more affluent than most of us but they are still just their personal thoughts. On here you can discuss and argue, with a columnist it is a one way street, read it, no discussion. I prefer not to read it. My $00.02!

Is that a reflection on Kessel or the fact that it took The Toronto Maple Leafs 20+ years to get that accomplished ?

You are so bend on the neg, you fail to recognize this accomplishment is a PERSONAL one. Is Stamko's or St.Louis' personal achievement a reflection on the Bolts?

Listen it's pathetic that one of the richest teams in the NHL ie the Yanks of the NHL has only had two players in top 10 in the last 20+ years ..

The former more so as the later requires the help of other teams. Toronto has been in the middle of the pack during that period. Therefore not privy to the best draft picks and had a slew of every day player who if offered up for trade, would have required many of them to get a better pick for prime players. The Lightening are a prime example of sitting at the bottom for a few years, getting first dibs in multiple drafts and getting a very good nucleus to build on. This just once scenario, but is an answer as to why. They also had a number of call ups from the Marlies over the last couple of years, which gave a good deep basis of experienced player to mix and match this year.

How many of the troubled years were a result of problems upstairs and not so much on the ice.

LISTEN, I have no time nor inclination to find out in the last 20+ years how many were there. This little tidbit is about 2 years in a row.

Did any of you notice about the fight (or lack of) between Kadri and Petrovic?

Kadri is a young skill player, he has grown in big spurt to be a brighter light on the team many ways: play making, scoring, physical ... I understand that he is not Orr or McLaren but I cringed when he declined to fight, but found it acceptable to punch Petrovic when he was restrained and pulled down by Fraser. He gotta listen to DonCherry and learn how to act in these kind of situation.

Unacceptable yes, along with the fact that he was the instigator with a crosscheck or poke moments before. From the size of Pertrovic , it was not the brightest move either, especially at this time of year. He will learn.

Thanks for the correction, but I said Kadri found it acceptable, not that I found it acceptable. Anyways thanks for seeing my point about Kadri.
