Ladies, what does it mean when a girl tells you you are too nice?

While I wouldn't actually say the 'you're too nice line' because it's way too cheesy I have decided a number of times to not go out with 'nice' guys because I know that inevitably it'd end in tears, and they wouldn't be mine.

I'm not an easy person to be around on a daily basis, for any number of reasons, and I don't want to mess people's heads around anymore. To that end I wear a couple of rings on my wedding ring finger - one is a non-wedding-ring-looking silver band that really was a wedding ring, and the other is a ring given to me by the last person I went out with (now my best friend).

I've been single two years (a full year+ before I got into the Biz) and until I work out what goes on with me and relationships, those rings stay on to remind me of great people who I treated unfairly.

I don't know what the motive may have been for the girl in this instance, but sometimes we really are looking out for you nice guys.

BTW - almost every guy I've been with in my personal life that maybe comes across as the kinda quiet, kinda shy smart guy has been a firecracker in bed...some of us are on to you stealth studs!

F*ck what everyone says! Be true to yourself! Be a nice guy, if that's
in your nature. Your only problem is that you're picking the wrong women.
You need to find women who appreciate nice guys, and it's obvious
that your 21 year old girl doesn't (most women in their 20's don't like
nice guys).

Accept the fact that you're 30+ and that most 21 year old women are
not looking for a guy 10 years older, unless you look 10 years younger,
like me.

At some point, you need to accept who you are, even if some of what you find isn't very comforting or seen as positive in society at large.

I'd rather face the world with an organized toolbox even if some tools are broken, rusted, or no good for the job at hand, rather than flail away with whatever I find in a fabulously wrapped mystery box.
