I work in commission sales and have to deal with some real assholes! I make a good living, but that doesn't make up for a lack of respect and common decency that some people show. Luckily, it's a small percentage that behave this way!

In response to Sharla's original post asking what we want? It's simple.......I don't want you to answer the phone while I am there and my preference is that your phone is either off or silenced when I am there so it doesn't take away from the mood. Generally speaking I think it's too hard to talk with my member in your mouth or when I'm DATY and you are moaning anyways so why have the phone on? LOL.......... Other than that, I want you to run your business in whatever way you deem necessary to maintain it and your sanity at the same time.
I'm a grown up and understand that you can't always get back to me right away, my only expectation of you or anyone else on here is that you get back to me when you can (as you have). We haven't personally hooked up but I PM'd you, you responed, we traded an email in which you responded to my question and that is all that anyone should expect.
I equate it to one of my employees who always feels the need to send me an email and then 30 seconds later walk into my office and say - "I sent you an email" and stand there wanting to talk to me about it. The first few times I kind of laughed it off and we discussed things but the last couple of times (they just don't get it) I told them to go back to their desk and when I've read it and am prepared to talk to them I will call them down to my office. They really don't get the stupidity of it.
Contrary to their belief I don't sit on pins and needles waiting to get there emails so I can talk to them about it. Neither do the ladies on this board, at least not the ones I'm interested in.
Believe me, I'm generally a last minute guy because I have a busy schedule and often this ends up with me seeing no one because I can't fit my schedule around whoever it is I want to see and I'm prepared to live with that frustration because like my life doesn't revolve solely around my employee's priorities, the ladies lives don't revolve around mine as much as I'd like to think it does.
Unrealistic expectations often lead to unmet expectations where when I've let things unfold naturally, my expectations have with very few exceptions been met and usually exceeded. Examples include, Breanna, V1ctoria, Mariah, the original Shauna etc and my hope is that whether it is Sharla or whoever when the time is right, that my expectations are met or exceeded again........
Life is too short to get pissed off at people for issues that are essentially manufactured..........
