Twoonie tuesdays used to be pretty cool back in school. But I havent had KFC in probably 10 years or so. Somehow I've just prefered Popeyes since they started popping up. The option of hot/mild is a factor, reminds me of a another place I used to love when I was a kid.
Which do you prefer?

Wendy's Fried Chicken was the best fast food fried chicken, imo, and IME, Wendy's stopped selling it years ago.

But these days, I would choose popeye's.

Definitely Popeye's, I love the spice. And it seems less greasy and doesn't make me want to throw up after eating it, all good things. I don't have either very often, however.

I had it 1 time few years ago. Cant remember exactly but definitely wasnt bad. But also I really dont seea many MBs out there. Is there one in 'sauga? The closest one I can think of to me is on Lakeshore, Oakville/Burlington area which is quite a drive.... if its still there.

I've been to a so so Mary Brown's in Scarborough. There's one on Dufferin south of 401, but hands down the best one is in Newmarket on Davis drive west of the 404. The chicken sandwich rocks.

How about non-of-the-above?

Chicken- boneless/ skinless with a lil BBQ sauce and Montreal Chicken spice, grilled to perfection... There is no substitute... :)

Just my nickels worth.

How much for a bucket and can you have it ready in ten minutes?

Ah... no, but if you are anywhere in the neighbourhood of Letchworth state park during the week of June 27 to July 3rd, you are welcome to come for a BBQ!

Just look for this:

Where are the bikes?

How are mosquitoes going to be handled?

Nice picture. Kinda reminds me of my days in the trailer park at 5&10, only better.

Two weeks ago I was at a family cottage. There was only 2 bedrooms inside so most of the invited quests brought tents. It reminded me of a scout jamboree, except for the screened-in dining area for the seniors and the working toilet. Flash back time.

Mossies, you whoose! After they eat, ask them to do the dishes.

As for fast food chicken, after I saw the soaked paper towel under a pile of KFC and almost lost it, I can't at the Colonels cuisine and smile at the same time.. I'd feel safer eating southern fried steak and grits. Give me St Hubert or Swiss Chalet if I must.

I think Popeyes is overrated, the chicken is like all batter, but man, I love the biscuits.

Church's was wicked too. I remember a while back that Harveys was selling it but not anymore.
