Mosquitos are really not that big a problem in the finger lakes region... but we have the Off Deep Woods just in case.

I vote neither! That stuff will kill you eventually. Fry your own. It tastes better, you control the type of oil and the grade of chicken.

I haven't had KFC in years. I found it to be greasy crap compared to Popeyes. Has it changed recently?

Popeye's is really inconsistent. When it's good, I love it, but I've been stuck with some really stale and greasy stuff more than once. They need better quality control.

In eastern Ontario, I used to eat a lot of Dixie Lee chicken. It could be good. Don't know if they're still around, though.

I just saw something on a mailing list claiming that KFCs new grilled chicken has some scary health issues. (edit...link: http://www.pcrm.org/news/release090521.html )

Maybe I should stick to Jamaican Jerk and Brazillian Churrasquo.

Yes Dixie Lee is still around just not in our area. I grew up near Lakefield ON and ate there as a young girl all the time. Mail em and tell them to move this way. They beat KFC anyday hands down.
