Glad the scammers died. The shooter should have also killed some politicians who caused this housing crisis by letting in too many diploma mill student visa scammers from a certain country.
Really?

It is hateful racist fucktards like you who are advocating killing politicians that this country... and world can do without.

I reported his post.

As much as I dislike Trudeau I would never want to see him killed, or seriously hurt.

A pie to his face I'm okay with though 😂

Sorry it had to end that way. How come these guys never get what's coming to them? Getting medieval on them with some forethought and a nice quiet place to work a repayment plan where nobody could hear them scream might have persuaded them to reimburse their victims.

Restitution
Belfort's restitution agreement required him to pay 50% of his income toward restitution to the 1,513 clients he defrauded until 2009, with a total of $110 million in restitution further mandated. About $10 million of the $110 million that had been recovered by Belfort's victims as of 2013 was the result of the sale of forfeited properties.[38]

toronto small claims court is worthless when you sue somebody for fraud i found it the hard way 18 years ago. in 2006 sued a company got a default judgement because they never filed a defense claim and didn't show up in court. i could not get my money back because court does not enforced their judgement. their new official address was a private mailbox in a UPS store and according the ministry of government services(where business register). the status was "active" in 2004 they operated from a house in the sheppard and yonge area.

2017 news about small claims court not helping people

Judgment proof
Dougall Grange, a retired paralegal who worked on small claims court cases for more than two decades, said it's extremely common to do business with people who are "judgment proof."

"At the end of the day, collecting from these people can be extremely difficult, if it's possible at all," he said.

He described people who are judgment proof as those who lease a vehicle rather than own one, don't own a property in their name or may have property but don't volunteer that information to the courts.

When a person is judgment proof that is not the fault of the court. How do you blame the courts because he drives a car that he legally doesn’t own and therefore you can’t take it?

People need to learn the legal system before bitching. The court did their job. They gave the judgement. It is other services that go after getting the money.

For example, I got a default judgment for over 100k. I was able to retrieve 50K because that is all the guy physically had available at the time. I had to get it garnished and it was a process but I got it. Now he has no car, no house, no job so I can’t get more. Once he has those things I can and I hire an investigator every couple of years to keep track but the courts can’t take blood from a stone.

So explain how it is the courts fault?

The owner of the scam registered a private UPS mailbox as the address. I didn't know He fled the canada after he is being sued by multiple people. Currently I have the name and picture of this man because he was dumb enough to have a LinkedIn profile with his picture. I found out all of this years after i sued his company used to scam people.

.......this is what can happen to you: https://globalnews.ca/news/10575240/mallard-road-toronto-office-shooting-update/

Can't say I feel sorry for the couple.
They faced criminal charges as well as numerous lawsuits, so they'd been scamming people for a while.
I guess they ripped off the wrong person this time
Exactly this! I don't take pleasure in anyone dying, but for fuck's sake, they had to be naïve beyond any human comprehension to think they could go through life scamming people over and over again out of every penny they have and that there would be 0% chance of someone at least considering the option of settling the score in a violent manner.

They probably scammed people enough times for enough money that they could have put all the cash in a Swiss bank account and retired , but no, there's never enough money for people like this.

I take no pleasure in their deaths, but I'm not sad about it either. Maybe they weren't expecting to die, but they were stupid not to expect some kind of retribution.

You Trudeau fans are hilarious. Asking for proof of things that are common knowledge. Your memories are shorter than a mouse's dick.
You do remember he wore Blackface multiple times, right?

" the Trudeau Liberals have consistently gone a step further: introducing laws to repeal a host of mandatory minimum sentences; instructing police and courts to favour release over detention; mandating that Correctional Services of Canada place inmates in “the least restrictive environment”; and repealing other Conservative reforms that the courts had not taken exception to."

No. Not a bullshit Nat Post editorial. An actual reference to the Criminal Code.

And spare the obligatory "blackface" reference that you throw in because you have fuck all else to argue.

No one here is much of a Trudeau fan. We just dislike people who rant with nothing to back it up - like you.

Mandatory minimums still exist. And many had already been struck down by the Supreme Court of Canada.

Jesus Fuck now you want to argue? You really are a Trudeau fan.

You wanted proof, Laws and bills, that Trudeau did this, I gave you that. Now you want to argue the specifics of things. Fuck you.

I did what you demanded even though everyone already knows this has happened. You want proof that the SNC Lavalin fiasco happened? Or that the Sun is hot?
