Stir in the "anti-woke" angle to tap into that grievance culture and you've got yourself a hit.
Factor in that these guys are only supported by a microscopic % of the general population, few of whom know who any of them are. The fact is that being supported by less than 1% of the English speaking world still makes for massive cash grifts. Add in the obvious Russia connection of Doc Pee and Musk, among others and Russian rubles and you get a massive shit-killing for top tier grifters.
As mentioned, left and right are asymmetrical. I might watch CNN a couple of times a month and follow a whole cluster of centre-left Twitter accounts. Few of them really register as individuals to me. Some just provide a more reliable stream of funnier shit-posts about dumbo righties and stand out now and again.
But hardcore righties like Orry or Dirty are obsessed with the individuals that they follow. Dirty loves Tate. Orry loves Doc Pee. And that pumps up the grift.
