My opinion maybe shared by other NBA players and since he is in the media this may effect what players tell him off the record . Also the Raps paid this guy 17 plus million and gave him great floor time when he was at the downside of his career and how does he thanks the Raps ? He thanks them by talking down about the Raps every time he gets a chance . He played on how many teams and how many locker rooms but it's the Raps locker room stories he wants to be made public .Were you on the team or something? What bothers me is he chooses only Raptor locker room stories to tell a story about . He was in 6 locker rooms during his career and one of them was the Knicks and that was during the Ishia Thomas Era and so no stories came out from that zoo of an environment ? Dawgger google Sam Mitchel and Jalen Rose . It's not being ignored outside of Toronto . We can all choose what bothers us or not and I respect it doesn't bother you and thewalker and others but it's just Rose's constant negativity toward the Raptors franchise .If Rose's story involved Casey and current players, I would have a problem with it, but, it is ancient history(so to speak) and I really don't see it as a big deal. Outside of Toronto most people will just ignore it.
Although saying that it kind of explains why a coach of a year doesn't seem to get another coaching gig ? It was also rumoured that he got in a heated exchange with Rafer Alston . Is it just me and if the story is right then I wish Vince showed that toughess on the floor instead of in the locker room and also I would think Sam would kick VC ass but I guess that isn't the case .
back to the current roster...is it just me that thinks, Raptors hype machine is working well...yet again. happens before every season starts anyways. Laury and fields...meh. I feel like Bargniani has peaked already. Hope Jonas can bring it like Rubio. I love the Raptors but they have a long road ahead looking at their current roster. I hope they prove me wrong.

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- Vince Carter's mother says her son had a physical confrontation with Raptors coach Sam Mitchell earlier this season when he played in Toronto, and Carter did not deny it.
"So? What's the big deal," Carter said when asked about the incident following the New Jersey Nets' 101-91 loss to the San Antonio Spurs on Friday night.
"You make an altercation (sound) like a fight," Carter said when a questioner used that term. The reporter who asked the question explained that an altercation could be a fight, to which Carter replied: "Exactly." He had no further comment.
Mitchell, speaking to reporters in Toronto after the 76ers-Raptors game, said he and Carter merely wrestled. But Carter's mother, Michelle, said her son slammed Mitchell onto a massage table in the Raptors' locker room after the coach challenged Carter.
Mitchell also reportedly challenged point guard Rafer Alston to a fight during halftime of Toronto's game Tuesday night at Cleveland.
Michelle Carter said she found out about the altercation from the coach, not from her son, after Mitchell mentioned it in passing at the Raptors' Christmas party.
"So I asked Vince what happened. He told me he couldn't take Sam's challenges anymore, so he picked him up and threw him on the massage table. That definitely happened. No question about it. And if anyone says it didn't happen, they're lying," she told Sportsnet of Canada.
Michelle Carter also spoke with reporters in New Jersey after the Spurs-Nets game.
"I did not say it was a fight," she said. "I want to clarify that. I wasn't there, I'm just going by what Sam Mitchell said and what Vince Carter told me."

2nd Line??? Calderon, Amir Johnson, Valunciunas, Ed Davis, T. Ross
I'm wondering whether Kleiza earns his starter spot or whether either Ed Davis or Dominic McGuire can make the first line even stronger defensively.
I'm sure depending on the Matchup even Aaron Gray could end up starting against another big center?? Maybe Klieza steps in when we struggle offensively. I'd like to see Quincy Acy get minutes too??
Its going to be interesting seeing who gets playing time.
If Valunciunas and/or Ed Davis can step up and contribute this year, we won't have to worry about playing Bargnani too many minutes, risking injuries.
Its hope and pray time here in Toronto. We're hoping someone other than Bargnani, Calderon, and Lowry can have a break out season. We're going to need at least two of Derozan, Valunciunas, Ed Davis, Fields, Kleiza, Mcguire, or T. Ross to step up to the next level. Amir will be a work horse and maybe the same for Quincy Acy.

And there has been some rookie team shit happen at toronto raptor games. I remember being the only one sitting in the upper bowl in the Skydome taunting Steve Smith at the free throw line...the stadium was silent, and nothing going on behind the basket??
Didn't our stadium get dressed up in New Jersey colours for a playoff series game????

I don't know how many stories Rose has told( I ain't subscribing) but I am willing to bet it is more than 2, which means he probably has stories out there about other teams. Early things which have been observed by people who follow the Raptros . One that Aaron Gray was impressed that the whole roster was at Camp 2 weeks before they even had to be here and also that Kyle Lowry is becoming a vocal leader already ..
