Read a couple of articles on this trial, and this trial is utter bullshit.
You know those vulgar videos Girls Gone Wild - here it is political correctness gone wild. If a woman complains about stuff like this, then the political correctness will kick into overdrive, complete with arrests and criminal trials.
Political correctness too often is used as a process to attack your enemies. The protocol is the weapon.
The ideology is weaponized by protocol.

Not really. No one important has their ego on the line - let alone their career. The Crown will say - correctly - that they were misled by complainants who lied and had their own agenda. Happens all the time. If JG walks, no one in authority will give a shit.

I don't think he will be found guilty but I also don't think this will end well for him. Even if he's found not guilty he won't get his old job back and I don't think he'd be able to sue CBC for wrongful dismissal either. His career in this country is pretty much done.
His behaviour may have been assault, it certainly wasn't bdsm, just abuse. There were lots of complainants originally, though only a few who agreed to testify. But even if they found another handful of ladies who had similar experiences it'll be hard to find him guilty.
And even though the world is rife with examples of abusive relationships that continue on and on, there has also to be some judgement on girls who enter into abusive relationships despite the warning signs.
Its greasy all around.

The problem, so far, is what abusive relationships? Right now we have nothing except hearsay and lies. Perhaps this guy is an asshole, perhaps he used his celebrity to score-no law against that. At this time, it's completely probable that he's innocent.
None of the testimony is hearsay. What gave you that idea?
In any case, his own defense is that he likes beating up women but that he beats them up legally. He isn't getting his job back and he is still a scumbag, even if his defence is true.
Normally, when a woman is "beaten" the police are called and then she is taken to hospital. None of this happened here.
Sex is a body contact sport. I've actually had one of my testicles pushed inside my body a couple of times. (That is why I have only one testicle. Just kidding!)

At this point is pretty fucking obvious that these are false rape allegations, and yet people act like Ghomeshi will get off on a technicality, these women are rape victims, they pyscho stalkers and I hope they all get changed.
I was open to the idea he might be guilty, but lets be honest the 4th witness is a hail mary pass and we all know that the trial is going through the motions at this point. Unless the judge has accepted an envelop filled cash, there is no way the judge will convict Ghomeshi. I just hope that these viscous women get charged. The bullshit has to stop.
