Just because an SP has great reviews doesn’t mean that every client will have a great experience. When I want to purchase a service or product I read reviews. I want to read the 5 and 1 star reviews equally before making a decision on the purchase. In this case the SP has plenty of 5 star reviews and this 1 star review. Now, I cum quickly so, the 1 star review doesn’t pertain to me and I would not have any issues booking this SP. This is the purpose of a review board, to see the good and the bad. Terb members will see this review and decide whether it is an issue for them.
