Unless you need to bundle services, Wind/Public Mobile are still the best options for phone-only service.

Public is Telus (that is why prices have more than tripled in past year)
Wind is just as bad (prices doubled in past year)

Big3 are only reliable services, and data on Public is piss poor slow

And if you really want cheap Mobilicity is still kicking (and half the price of Public or Wind)
