What is israel supposed to do with the situation? Hamas is already celebrating that the western useful idiots bought the river to the sea and intifada paradigm. I don’t see what israel can possibly do differently in Gaza right now.

Bibi bragged about single handedly stopping the two state solution from happening for decades.
Maybe its time Israel finally settled for peace or ended apartheid and gave Palestinians full right.

First, Israel has to take all the people as racist and genocidal as you out of power.
Get rid of people who call Palestinians 'fleas', charge them for inciting genocide.
Then find the people who are willing to talk about peace, restitution, respect for human rights, equality and give them power.

The Cato Institute is far from the only organization to broach the issue. And yes I read its publications as I do many others, contrary to some remarks posted here.
The other day in the House of Commons in Ottawa the Trudeau government woke up to the embarrassing realisation that 80 members of the Liberal caucus were ready to defy the PM and support the NDP motion.

Well, that is precisely my point Mandy. It is not true. One has nothing to do with the other.
You are obviously talking about Hamas who are parasites by stealing the aid meant for the Gazans and becoming billionaires from it. And then there are the Hamas soldiers who dress like civilians and live amongst the civilians. Then when the IDF go after those Hamas soldiers, the actual civilians are put directly in harms way. They are being used as human shields.
