Based on the number of obvious cosmetic procedures that have been undertaken, not sure I would be throwing the word 'real' around to quickly. Some of us have met her in person many moons ago and can attest to the artificial nature of the modern-day product depicted here.
Was just a random sample. Point is the AI generated version is not that rare in the real world
I would respectfully have do disagree with you. The example I provided and the one you provided are nowhere near being the same league in terms of beauty. The ones I provided are next level for sure, regardless of rendering foibles, so I'd say finding a comparable real-world beauty would be exceedingly difficult/rare.

No, all the AI generators are having lots of trouble with hands. They are very tricky.
