USA is in decline because of racism and inequalities.

Not just inequality and racism, a disastrous energy policy is eating away at American power.
President Carter's energy diversification program was rejected in favour of Big Oil. It eventually led to American military power turning an entire city in Iraq (Fallujah) to dust. All the while W and Cheney made millions through Halliburton, with the bin Laden family smirking in self-satisfaction. They did get their target Abu Musab Zarqawi, killing thousands of civilians in the execution and the outfit he created (ISIS) is stronger than ever.

Just about anybody would be better than Justin he sets a very low bar. But as far as America being on the decline? no question about it, have been for over 50 years. And there's no one thing that you can blame it on America is imploding and I don't think it can be stopped
Americas superpower status is declining quickly. With electric cars and digital currencies the demand for USD is growing lower and lower. The GOP are short sighted fools and do not invest in education so that people will have the necessary tools for the modern world. Trumps idea to bring back coal says it all. China leads the world in technology and India for support. Between the two countries are 2.7 billion people out of 7.6 for the whole world so almost 1/3rd of the worlds population is in those two countries. Americas fiscal policies are horrible. Bill Clinton had the country running a surplus for the first time in a long time and since then 12 years of GOP presidents have made a complete mess of the economy resulting in growing trillions in debt. Between the massive debt and the declining need for US dollars, the United States is the latest empire to recede to just another country.
And it will be in decline for 200 more

No court in USA ever declared an individual right (well regulated militia....), until Scalia in the Heller case. Former chief justice Berger (republican) felt this belief that the 2nd amendment was an individual right as one of the biggest cons ever on the USA public.
Anyhow, as you likely know it's controversial...
I look at some of the characteristics of when the Roman Empire fell and its "play to the masses" The excesses' in the higher classes is what a lot of history references want to point at, but some critical scholars look at citizenship and pandering to the masses.
This was how the the ROMAN catholic church started as the new state religion of the Empire. The emperor saw many of his soldiers had Christian symbols on their shields for luck (not pagan) and decided this was the "new way forward" That's why the Pantheon is the oldest church, it was the first to be converted from use paganism to Christianity.
Secondly was citizenship. To be a "Citizen of Rome" carried a lot weight in the world. Many wanted it, and it was given out sparingly. It was a social currency that kept the other 95% of the population working to maintain the strength of Rome. Most Romans were Plebians (a social order with its own records and rules), while the equestrian, patrician or senatorial. Once Rome granted citizenship to almost everyone within the empire to placate conquered peoples and keep the masses happy, citizenship lost its value, and as the outside and colonial bodies grew strong and belligerent the decline became more rapid.
Today, the Biden/Democrats/US gov't is toying with the idea of blanket amnesty for illegal aliens and with that voting rights and if its not clear right now, perhaaps granting citizenship.
I see parallels in the nature of the empires, how they grew, and they peaked, and now to watch how they fall.

Decline? With Sleepy Joe passed out at the wheel the USA is headed straight for a brick wall.
The border crisis and Afghanistan should make that perfectly clear.
Hopefully they can change course before it's too late.

If China becomes the leading superpower (it may already be) this does not bode well for the security of the world.
