Not according to Dinesh. Who would win and lose if fossil fuels were outlawed? Dinesh brings a world perspective to an issue that people living here in North America just don't seem to think about.

It is a black and white issue.

We should try to combat it. All it takes is some money.

...and corporations and government who actually care enough to make changes - key is exposing the truth to the cause and effect (if a such answer exist) for an effective solution.

Ya it's a moral issue. They want to sell carbon credits so the Banks can make Billions so they'll give the Politicians millions. Anybody that thinks Governments and Corporations exist in this day and age for the health and welfare of the people is an idiot.

It's the other way around. Governments won't stop carbon emissions because they are in the pay of energy companies that want to get rich emitting carbon. Look at Trump filling all the posts with people who have a vested interest in keeping the party going.

Execs of those companies figure their billions will protect them and their families from global warming and don't give a shit about everyone else.

Its a 2-way street. The carbon credit industry has credibility issues of their own:

How can developing nations continue to do so without emitting carbon? Manufacturing is a dirty business but it is what drives the development and economies that we've shipped our jobs to. China and India have no choice but to pollute.

Here's an observation that will put it in perspective: they will reduce carbon output, global warming is self limiting. If they don't reduce voluntarily now, the reduction will be forced on them by the climate later.

Your post contains a classic denier logic error though" "without emitting" as though there was no middle ground between current output and zero output.
