The bigger question is why you would want Iran who threatens to attack just about everyone and sponsors terrorist groups around the world to have nuclear weapons
Iran doesn't have nukes, isn't building them and hasn't threatened to use them.
They are a signatory to the NPT and in talks to extend the with the voluntary JCPOA, unlike non-NPT Israel.
The question is why, if you don't want them to get nukes, you back Israel destroying IAEA monitoring equipment and getting in the way of treaties that would ensure they don't get nukes.

You still haven’t answered why is Iran enriching uranium to a level that is only useful for nuclear weapons if as you claim they’re not building nuclear weapons
They are enriching for research reactors, and its allowed by the NPT they signed. What they are demonstrating is the capacity to build nukes if Israel keeps threatening them and destroys the JCPOA talks and the peace treaty that will guarantee they don't build nukes. So if you don't want nukes you need to stop supporting Israel's attempts to destroy the talks.

Sorry but there are NO research reactors that require 60%. A small amount of 20% might be justified though Iran has already produced decades of fuel for that. And as the IAEA says, they can no longer confirm Iran's program is purely peaceful. As for treaties, they have violated the NPT by having undeclared nuclear sites that they refuse to explain.

I am against Iran enriching to 60% as there is no civilian justification. I am against them continuing to install more centrifuges and more advanced centrifuges for their one civilian reactor. I am against them having undeclared nuclear sites. And I am against Iran refusing to continue talks as they continue their intentionally provocative program.
I nor anyone outside of Iran's leadership know whether they have an interest in actually having nuclear weapons but anyone with even a shred of reality will admit that Iran's wants the political power that the threat brings them.
You appear to be against Iran signing a treaty that would guarantee they don't build nukes or start a nuclear weapons program.
