Not really, to an extent Trump is right, Canada does behave like a 51st state in geopolitics. And frankly our govt view on the Ukraine war is distorted by the very large Ukrainian diaspora in Canada, and Freelands toxic presence in our govt. Other then that, we simply go along with the Euro-Atlantic alliance as we are a small nation with limited military and global influence so I get that. Canada is even less relevant then the EU in geopolitics.
