Hi ladies and gents! Hope you’re all enjoying the holidays. I hope this is appropriate to post but I’m seeking advice/opinions/ recommendations for an in call space. Mainly where do you gents feel comfortable going? I’ve had an issue come up with my usual spot, I understand that they’re some ladies that rent out locations which is great! But it’s hard to
Work around/share the space with other girls especially if I’m looking to work long hours which is often my availability. I have considered Airbnb but am not sure with privacy/ cameras/ neighbours etc. Anyways If you guys have any alternatives or suggestions please feel free to PM or comment below, I really appreciate it!

Hey Sexy Maddie ... 🌹

Sorry to hear there are issues at your incall. That's a nice location, very tranquil and picturesque view from the balcony. Of course the best view is your beautiful smile, dazzling eyes, and sensational figure 😘

Anywhere you are is fine with me. Will follow wherever you lead. 👍

I think something like this would suit your (or other SPs/MAs) needs

I understand the locations for these places may be less than ideal e.g. they are located in sketchier parts of town but all the amenities are there with plenty of parking spaces and the price is right (at least it seems that way to me anyway) at $410/week and less if you plan to book a longer stay.

I have always been on the fence about going to AirBnBs to meet SPs, lots of nosy neighbours in this town that fun seems to forget and if they see constant/steady streams of visitors going in and out, it may invite more questions. OK if you are a SP visiting from out of town and just need a place for weekend but anything longer than that and you may want to look at a longer-term solution.

My opinion only: an incall location should offer plenty of parking, in a discreet location, be clean and well organized with a few extra amenities (clean shower, clean towels, non-scented body wash). It does not have to be the Ritz.

I have see girls at AitBnBs before and find that quite convenient. From what I have heard, AirBnB is Ok to use as well (from a SW) point of view. And since it is a different location each time, I am not that worried about neighbors and such noticing any patterns.

Hotels are always good too. See people in downtown, on the west side and some on the east side in hotels. Slightly higher chance of being scammed (from my point of view) in a hotel, but if I am seeing someone I know then that's fine. Downside is that you can't be loud in a hotel or you start getting raised eyebrows and complaints. Another downside is the looks you get from the front desk. Everyone knows what's going on. LOL.

Knew one person who rented a second place just for incalls. This place was in a nice neighborhood in Bells Corner / Nepean area, so could not have been inexpensive. She wasnt charging anything exorbitant, just the market rate. It worked for her situation.

If I had a vote, I'd vote on the AirBnB.

Hotels really don't care as long as you don't trash the rooms, aren't too loud, or cause other nuisance. The only other thing for them is the laundry and they get by.

As one hotelier once told me, it is the escorts and business travellers and escorts + Johns + affair-ers that keep the hotels alive.

Sorry slow day at work so chatty here.

I’ve always brought my own linen and towels to help out with the laundry situation and make it more descrete 🥺

Ottawa base.
Airbnb is superrrrr anti SW, if you use your same email or phone number, they will find out and ban you for life, or if the owner reported you as having illegal activities.
The best bet is always a high rise downtown or I found I was pretty busy (pre covid) while working near IKEA, that doesn't have a concierge in the bottom or key card elevator, but since a bunch of buildings here are older its not that much of a bother to find a place compare to Toronto that is full of high condo.

Having insuite laundry is the best but most older buildings do not have it yet, so be mindful that easily come to an extra 50$ a month
ANything I found near Bronson/Laurier/Bay/Lyon is pretty good and no one complains about the location

We are a few (not as much as before as a fair amount of places close due to the pandemic) to rent out our spaces or share a space, but most of us have to know each others for a while or are vouched for by others members of the community in town, the main issue is unless you book for the day lets say 8-4 and pay for that time to sit around and do last minutes, most are only do by prebooking with a few hours notice. I wont say the price in public but most of the time its not that expensive if you know you will be busy for a day and cheaper than a hotel .

For folks who have recently visited SPs at AirBnBs (and SPs feel free to chime in as well), did you recall if the SPs had the property for themselves for the duration of their stays or if they needed to share the space with other guests/AirBnB hosts?

My understanding is the City of Ottawa (recently) passed a by-law banning people from using their secondary properties as AirBnB, meaning they can only list their primary residence on that platform. Now how is the City enforcing this by-law is another question plus you have corporations running several AirBnBs so they maybe able to skirt the rules.

Discretion is very much the name of this game and I certainly would not feel comfortable visiting an AirBnB for services, if there were other people around.

I hate Airbnb or private accomodation in high riser when you need to call in to get in. Since you may be busy when we arrive we can stay in the entrance for a while and I feel uncomfortable. Airbnb close or in commercial area with private entrance are great. Airbnb in a residential area may get attention from neighbors, especially now that people are working from home. Hotel with no need of cards to use elevator is a good choice. Especially suite like the Embassy hotel. Motel with private entrance are also great but many are old. Some like Comfort in the east were renovated last year. Furnished apartment with weekly-monthly rent is also a good choice. Often the same group that manage Airbnb manage these furnished apartment.

For me, it is quite difficult to provide an easy answer as I've found that some places (condos/neighbourhoods) draw a lot of attention due to the traffic (different clients each hour). Or worse yet, being recognized by being near the home of someone I know. I guess that is why I prefer out of the way places, not sketchy, that I can easily approach without being worried. Oh, and most importantly, clean.

Has any MA/SP or hobbyist used AirBnB as incall location recently and if so can you comment on the discretion and privacy? My understanding is the City just passed a short-term rental by-law where hosts can only rent out their primary residence as AirBnB and they need to get a permit as well.

Politics aside, did you have any reservations/issues doing this at an AirBnB, potentially sharing the space with the home owners/other guests? I certainly wouldn't want to visit a place where my friends/acquaintances happen to be the home owners :)
