is a legitimate alternative to go to Brazil  for transplants

cosmetics procedures are very popular down there and should be a fraction of what Canadian MDs charge

is it a good idea to get the transplants before your hair has stopped falling

Listen, I know exactly how you feel. I'm a bald man myself. I remember in my early 20's when I noticed how thin it starting getting. I was already shaving my head cause I like the way it looked, but there is a difference between a shaved head and a bald head. Anyway, one day my shaved head was growing in and I noticed how thin my hair came back in on the sides. I remember the panic that set in. I think I looked in the mirror every day for 4 or 5 years begging for it to stop after that. Eventually one day, you just say "fuck it. It's gone".

I shave it and people tell my I'm lucky as it suits me great. I'd personally much rather still have hair, but I don't so have to work with what I got. I also personally think plugs, pieces and any of that other stuff looks outright retarded. I can pick them out a mile away. I think I've only ever seen one bald guy where I said to myself "that guy needs a piece or plugs" as he just had the longest weirdest shaped head and I felt so bad for him. He kind of looked liked Clint Howard. As everyone else has said, just keep chopping it real short, and when it gets really bad, just shave it man.

Use Rogaine everyday. Discontinue using after a month or so, and take daily pictures of all your hair falling out. I give it about 1 week! Threaten to sue or go public. $$$$

Because not everyone looks good bald. Some have different shaped heads, others have scars etc. It might suit you and many others, but thee is a reason the hair replacement companies are making hundreds of millions or billions. Some guys just don`t want to be bald!
Of course not. But this is not a given choice. You got to learn how to live with it.

I love how no one is discussing PRP. I even posted a link.

Your own blood plasma is injected into your scalp. Your own natural growth platelets regrow your hair. It delivers incredible results!!!

Fantasies like this are what you should avoid. Don't waste money on untested claims.

If and when there is a real solution, you'll hear about it as much you did Viagra, rather than on some scant webpages across the internet.

The reply following this will be "well I know Joe, and it's worked wonders for him and a few of his friends". Anecdotal evidence isn't data nor science.

Why would anybody waste time discussing your bold claims. TERB isn't an 2am infomercial.

'Shedding' is a typical (initial) symptom of topical Minoxidil use; I didn't experience when I tried, but did get increased headaches (blood vessel dilation) and dry scalp (alcohol-based solution).

You should do a little research before being a smartass. PRP is used for tons of things. Hair growth, wrinkles, skin tightening, breast lift/fill, etc. Google Vampire Facelife, PRP for hair loss, etc.

It's amazing what you find when you press "Search" or "Go".

Using your own growth factors & plasma is an organically derived process, and causes your cells to in essence jump back to life (ie: follicles, collagen, etc. )

Intriguing. Thanks for bringing it to our attention. The cost range is pretty much on par with hair transplants.

Sounds like you've tried it yourself.
