The mother showed up at my back door early this morning - so I fed her and she seemed happy but no sign of the kittens. Guessing that they are indeed nearby.

Mother cat was in my backyard this morning with one of the kittens. My dog spotted them and the mom ran off. With my dog on a leash, the kitten seemed curious and got close and then mom got curious so she got somewhat close. She didn't seem afraid of my dog - just unsure. I want to bring them in but am still searching for the other two kittens.

Yes, been putting food out. Can only do so when my dog is indoors obviously or she'll eat it. lol

Hopefully you find them. Leave lots of food for momma as it is normal for outdoor cats to only care for the strongest kitten(s) if they think they can't feed the whole litter. I rescued two kittens of about four weeks a few years ago that had been abandoned by their mother.

I have found out that the guy who lives behind me is the owner... so not sure what to do.
