Has management considered implementing a mandatory 15 min break between sessions? I've been a situation with a few girls that they've been booked back to back and they have always been late to start the session or sometimes they try to end the session a 5 mins early to clean the room for their next session or even worst sometimes you get double screwed so your session starts late and ends early. Is this something management is okay with? Our assumption is that it is acceptable practise at Hush since sessions are allowed to start back to back. Is there any accountability for girls that are always late to start their session or does management not care? Most of us have places to be so it would be nice if sessions are more consistent. Hostesses are always complaining about respecting their time, how about respecting the clients time?

It would be nice to see a 15 min break between sessions to ensure sessions start and end on time, and the opportunity for the hostesses prepare. This is meant as constructive criticism.

The lack of a break in between sessions has less to do with girls being booked back to back and more to do with clients either showing up late, or demanding very specific times and not being flexible at all. Most spas ALWAYS leave a break in between bookings, most times in our booking systems it’s specifically set up that way to ensure we have time to clean rooms and ourselves between sessions, however when three clients in a row all show up late, then that in turn makes the rest of your day run behind

It would be wonderful and make our lives as MAs/SPs easier if we could assume ALL men who are clients or potential clients are punctual, respectful of time and boundaries, and are considerate enough to think about the next persons session, but unfortunately too many of you (I don’t mean anyone of you personally so please no one get offended) are entitled, demanding, rude, and disrespectful. Too many of you waste our time and show up late for sessions. Unfortunately they ruin it for everyone else. This industry has a lot of flaws both for clients and for providers. However with proper communication and education on both ends, we can all work to make it better and more enjoyable for everyone involved.

exactly. The breaks will help them catch up which would lessen the affect on the next session. It’s the sessions that end late that are most problematic for them.

No one can end a session on the hour and start another. It’s impossible. They end up cleaning the room during the session. Unless clients want to pay to watch them clean…is that a kink? lol

This sounds like the most logical solution. If you're a client and you're late - your session ends on time and you pay full-price.
If the MP is late, then it's a different story, and I would hope there would be a refund from management.

I am always on time and have had girls walk into the room 15 minutes late numerous times, at Alpha, Hush, and CMJ. It is definitely an issue that some girls have time management issues. If a client shows up late and someone is booked after their session should be shorter and end on time.

I've not been yet to Hush, but have never had that waiting in the room issue in several visits at Alpha but have had this problem at CMJ and AT/PS.
