I do know that many profiles were deleted (including mine) from the website and booking system as a parting gift to Jasmin from previous managers. Even all the ladies information was deleted, computers stolen etc so Jasmin had no way to contact any of her staff. I went from being able to login to having zero access. However it was fixed as soon as I emailed Jasmin. I think if you reach out to her, she can quickly fix that for you.
Appreciate your side, but regardless of how it looks I'll keep dirty laundry to myself. But Jasmine is crushing it, she will for sure be quick to help anyone out. Wishing her nothing but the best.

I agree that you shouldn't ever lower your prices, these women aren't something to put on sale so kudos to you and the others who have not given in to the pressure to lower your rates. Vicki you and I have had many talks over the years, and still do. I know both sides of the story VERY well.
as marketed the girls are not "on sale" - its the door fee that's discounted. AFAIK, the MA's get same payout

That is understood as well. My rooms are already "on sale" to compensate staff. I understand the concept and how appealing it can be for the customer. What is good for the goose isn't always good for the gander :) But thankfully it is free will.

Firstly I want to apologize to you Adamfaye, for your experience. Completely understand your frustration, and that should have never happened last night. I did reach out and offered you a session on the house if you decide to return.

And to shed some real light here:

c_tram_88 The girls have been pulling more weight in recent months than they were. And whoever said that I can be a little soft and walked over, they aren't wrong. I do have a track record of being "too nice" and being taken advantage of, and it most certainly can cause some mismanagement.

You may be happy to know that as of July 4th, a full-time receptionist will be present (no more waiting at the door :) )

As far as not being as cheap as my competitors, our pay structure is higher at HUSH, and although I can appreciate lowering rates in times when many do not have as much disposable income, the industry has worked many years to get its rates to where they are. I know many independent SP's/MA's that were feeling the pinch prior to the sale pricing, and I don't feel the need to participate in the drowning of my community. So sadly, you'll never see my staff go on sale.

mmmgood I won't begin to get into any of this because there are two sides to every soap opera, and it truly is none of anyone's business as it would reflect the both of us equally as poor. Jayda and Quinn are also beautiful people, and many can attest to that. They worked and continue to work very hard (Even worked for free for us at CMJ during COVID because they cared so much) So take it as you will. It's the past.

But many of you in the comment section are right. I had definitely taken a step away since March when I should have really been stepping up. Some drama with another club owner got to me when it shouldn't, but when they go to the lengths of showing up to your landlord's office trying to take over your space, it frustrates you, but it doesn't stop there....

I should indeed have a thicker skin by now; you need one working in this industry. It has been a challenging but exciting 8 months, and you don't need to worry about HUSH going anywhere. We will have some new things in store for you soon.

I know this won't go over well with many, but it would be best to explain why my presence has been felt less. Not looking to justify any poor customer service and look forward to better serving you.

Not asking for a sale, I just said it was cheaper at Alpha. All I’m looking for is reliability. Some of us adjust our schedule to be able to see the girls that we want, just don’t want to be canceled on last min or a no show.

Has management considered implementing a mandatory 15 min break between sessions? I've been a situation with a few girls that they've been booked back to back and they have always been late to start the session or sometimes they try to end the session a 5 mins early to clean the room for their next session or even worst sometimes you get double screwed so your session starts late and ends early. Is this something management is okay with? Our assumption is that it is acceptable practise at Hush since sessions are allowed to start back to back. Is there any accountability for girls that are always late to start their session or does management not care? Most of us have places to be so it would be nice if sessions are more consistent. Hostesses are always complaining about respecting their time, how about respecting the clients time?

It would be nice to see a 15 min break between sessions to ensure sessions start and end on time, and the opportunity for the hostesses prepare. This is meant as constructive criticism.

Thank you Madeline for the quick reply.

Another spa uses the same booking system and it automatically puts in the 15 min break, maybe Hush can inquire about such a feature being added to their system?

I just want to emphasis that i'm not trying to get any hostess in trouble, rather improve the experience going to Hush. If clients are asked to respect the hostess' time then the hostess should respect their time.
