I agree. The new Gillette Fusion is pretty good, though I don't use scissors, just the razor. First few times I did it, I had some minor cuts. My dermatologist told me the skin down there is pretty tough and it heals quick. Add some Neosporin and the cuts heal practically instantly.Strongbeau said:

Always use a fresh blade. Shave your face last if you are doing both in the same session. Ivory soap and a Gillette Good News with lubrastrip work for me. Shave small patches at a time, and do each area more than once. Pull the sack up to shave underneath, the same for the shaft base. Pull the skin down or to the side for the other parts.
Why, you ask? Because as a good friend of mine once said...the fencepost looks bigger when the hedge is trimmed.
