I've been told twice by SP's to consider shaving down there.

I was wondering how many of you men do, and how short?

I trim, don't shave, I don't trust myself enough to use a razor on some more sensitive areas.

The question is usually directed at the women or asking what the women do.

How short do you guys cut it?

Isn't this kinda personal ?

FYI I just shave my balls, behind them and any strays on the base of my shaft.

For those of you guys that do shave down there, what do you use in terms of tools.

I mean, do you use a razor blade(eg. Mach 3), old fashion razor like the barbers use or an electric razor?

Also, do you use a shaving cream?

I won't even bother asking about the after shave. =D

What not everyone shaves!!!

Seriously take a long hot shower.
Apply profuse amount of shaving cream
Use a Mach 3 - for god sakes don't use a straight razor.
Shave
Apply more Shaving cream
Shave an stragglers - especially the poke you eyes out ones.
Clean area of any remaining shaving cream
Present tool for inspection

I shave it smooth, above my equipment, my balls, the base of the shaft and the taint.

I use a blade when I'm shaving. An electric? Never, if the electric catches just one hair the wrong way and yanks it? <shudder> I don't even want to think about it.

Straight razor? Are you kidding me? A blade may leave you with a nick, but a straight razor can remove more than just hair. <shudders again>

BTW, here is an article on hairless nuts and on waxing (wax being pulled of where? I don't think so).

You might have to sit through the advertising to get to the article, but it has no popups and does not take that long.

My new Braun shaver does a good job.
I feel more safe with an electric shaver because there are no exposed blades but when it pulls on a pube, not good.

You see what I mean! Blade don't pull! Unless you're a dumbass using a dull blade.

I used the electric "lift and cut" razor for shaving down there. Just be sure to apply plenty of the electric razor shaving lotion and then use a lotion to prevent ingrown hairs....

Oh and if this is your first time shaving down there, be sure to cut away with scizors as much as you can before beginning the shave...
