also the stick is not implanted in the ground so it must depend on balance


this would take a lot of talent to do so but it seems possible

the explosion at the end might be a big clue

it seems more of a misdirection then for effects as the seat collapses

what we have done is expose the poor quality of the judges


they are personalities who have no understanding of opera yet judge opera singers

no understanding of simple magic and are easily fooled while me and Art Mann figured it out in a couple of minutes


yet the judges each get paid more than all the talent comprised where one winner gets $400,000 (1 million amortized) while the show makes, what, billions???


it is a highly contrived show of entertainment and capitalistic exploitation where workers dedicate months of their talent for free and do not even get the courtesy of being criticized by qualified judges

seemingly innocent props are an essential part of the trick or used for misdirection


but the connection between the stick and hidden seat is hard to see

might be up his sleeve somehow

he is balancing on the stick as it seems and meditation helps to do this physically imposing discipline

but i suspect a seat connected to a rod through the sleeve connects to the pole which was firmly implanted into the ground during one of the fucking cutaways (AGT is in on the illusion as they do not want you to figure it out )

that is what you get when you have no worker rights or unions

the rich get richer and the workers are exploited and left poor and are brainwashed into actually being grateful
