How can I volunteer in the adult industry?

What I want:
I don't want to be an actor/talent, obviously. But I'm looking for any other posting that lets me just contribute and be around the industry. Whether it be on a porn video set, a strip club, a massage place, whatever.
I can be a lighting assistant, a camera man, a clean-up boy, someone who carries food around or fetches coffee, someone who does paperwork or bookkeeping, someone who wipes down the furniture in the dressing room with Lysol wipes. I'm open to anything to be honest.

Why I want it:
Many of these industries like film, music, television, etc. people get their start by donating their time and simply being around the "real people" that do it. Then you learn, network, and grow from there. I think the adult world is the same. If you hope to open up your own strip club one day, a good place to start would be to volunteer with a strip club manager and learn some knowledge. If I start learning now, maybe when I'm 40 I'll have my own strip club.

I am 29M. I know I won't be some useless slob on the set. I have some skills I hope I could donate effectively:
  • I took several film&video classes in college so I know how to operate a professional camera and how to edit videos professionally. I can operate lighting equipment or carry water bottles around or be a peon.
  • I can also do graphic design, editing, and know how to use AI to make graphic content.
  • My current real job is an accountant so I can help with finances.

Because I want to be involved in it, in some way. I just like the industry. The glamor, the girls, the indulgence. I don't have any real path or specifics in mind. Strip club, night club, promoter, bartender, everything is an open field right now. But I want to be as close to the action as possible, learning. Plus I think the skills required to succeed in this industry are something I want to develop. To make it in music, you need to be artistic. Same for film. But in this industry, social skills and general management can go a long way. If you want to be a strip club manager, you don't have to know singing/dancing yourself but instead how to price your club, how to decorate it, how to draw attention, how to maintain good working relationships between the girls, and so on. It is fascinating to me. I know there is no way I can do it now, but I'd love to just learn more about it. Isn't that what people do? If you want to learn about what it's like to play basketball, you head down to the court and try playing a few random games here and there. This is the same thing.

And of course, seeing a nice pair of tits as part of your day job is cool.

This would be cool to. Let's be honest, ANY activity in this industry would be cool because it means you're spending time around people that are: attractive, sexually laid back, fun to party with.

If you have a good body and since you are young, go get a job as a bouncer at a strip club.

There are a lot of homeless shelters that need volunteers too

Then go volunteer at one - I'm sure the homeless men really need an attractive woman such as yourself walking around, boosting morale.
And I’m sure the ladies need a cute muscular man to lift their things. Maybe you can use your camera skills to photoshop their resumes? Sounds to me we have the start of a great homeless helping team

Why not start out by reaching out to the agencies and see what they may need. I would assume they would have sort of connections in what you may want or who knows, maybe even open up new opportunities that you may not be aware of.

Why don't you get a job as a Key Grip, you could get into all the camera work.

Who knows you may even become another Detective Giambone!

Doesn't most of the film shoots take place in locations like Florida or California?

If you actually have some film classes you should actually know the answer by now. However Start volunteering for any production In Toronto. You'll be approached soon enough If you're a good volunteer. I don't know anyone In the atrs who has been asked to do porn and sometime or other in some capacity.
However your general instincts are correct ... Film Is about access I'm assuming that you have some talent already. In Toronto the regular film business The porn business Are very tightly linked, At least at the level of crew.

I can promise you the industry is the furthest thing from what you believe it to be.
All of my 20's I was a bouncer at clubs, stripclubs, ecc. I've also done private security for some of the more known girls on the scene when they've gone out to party in the city.
Nobody ever volunteered where I've worked, but I'm sure you can get a job if you have some skills and you are willing to go knock on some doors.
