I agree with the various posters that say "Stay away".

If this is a serious question, the issue of sexual harrassment is the only point that must be considered. The difference in your respective ages as well as the supervisor versus subordinate role would cause a huge legal problem if she chose to go that route. It's not worth the aggravation!

You may consider staying in touch when she leaves to see if a) she really is interested and b) to provide distance so that the issue of harrassment becomes a moot point.

Ok...here is the dealo.....

Hot girl (21yrs) that works for me is driving me (32yrs)to the envelope of temptation. She has a boyfriend (unemployed loser) who deserves to lose her. Dudes, this girl is the one that is super hot, playful and is nice to boot! I think she is there for the taking (always flirting with me and looking at my pants b/c she knows I have a hard on for her. She works for me....is amazing at her job and will be finished in two months or so. She is always making fuck me eyes, bending over, singing and dancing for me. I could be a wishfull thinking she is into me or a bigger idiot that I am not jumping on this hot number.

What to do? Tempted to many times to mention but not sure if she is just playing or is good to go? Your help is most appreciated! Should I or shouldn't I? If so, when & how is the right time? Away from the office? How to get here there? Was thinking of waiting until she finishes up and then suprising her with the option of a hot trip for a job well done!

HELP PLEASE!!!!!
Dude just go for it. Your're not in middle school anymore. Walk up to her immediately, tell her you find her extremely attractive, and ask her out. What's the worst that can happen? She could say no. But unless you ask her it's like she's saying no right now. Make your feelings known the worst that can happen is a little embarrassment for a second or two.

Life is short, Bounce. I say, bang her !
What's the worst that can happen to you ?? All that counts is it's consensual. If she is making moves on you encourage her.
This is why I quit being a moderator here. Fred's advances were getting insufferable.

Thanks for the good advice. Update.

Well this thread is really old but I just wanted to thank everyone for your feedback. I was very close to doing something but had a bad feeling about things. Decided to think with head and go with my gut for once and boy am I glad I did.

Seems the second post to my question sums this girl up "cock trippin tease". Found out she was doing this to get more money from me @ work and I am sure would have slammed me for sexual harrasement if I had done anything at all out of order. I appreciate facebook for this critical information. Looked her up and whammo - there it all was - Thank god!!!

Anyways - safer to play with fun sp's here. I don't pay them for sex - just to leave:)

It's a shame that there are always game-players (not particularly nice women) out there. Unfortunately as the male boss you're SOL if she says you harrased her and there are witnesses to your pestering her.

21 is probably too young. I found it's best to stick to the 1/2 your age plus 7 as the minimum acceptable age to date. (although if she's that hot...)
He's said he's 32, so by that formula he can date a 23 yr old. 21... close enough? lol.

Bounce, next time she bends over, ask her if she's flirting with you to get a raise. If she says she's not flirting with you, she's not flirting with you. If she says anything else, she's flirting with you. If she doesn't unbend while saying whatever she says, she's flirting with you. If she hits you playfully, she's flirting with you.

A good friend of mine is dating a girl 10 years younger than himself; why not you? shit, why not me? Give me her number!

If this advice gets you into trouble, well that's what you get from taking advice from TERB.

When will we all learn that women and men are not playing for the same team! If it wasn't for our libidos we'd ignore women altogether.

This story should be instructive to all of us. If an extremely hot woman is appearing to offer a man a sexual relationship, and that's not something that usually happens to that man, she wants something, plain and simple!

Golden rule - women are not to be trusted!

I found the update interesting, considering all the advice Bounce was getting from all and sundry.

I find myself in a somewhat similar situation.

As an employer, its dangerous territory.

However you can tell her that you would love to see her socially if she's up to it after she finishes her contract with you.
I agree with Sheik. I NEVER mix business with pleasure no matter what. It's just one of those things you don't do. She'll just do the same thing to the next employer as she's done to you. If it works (for her), why not? Some women will do anything to get ahead, even if it means screwing their way up the corporate ladder.

So what did you find out she said? You don't need to quote it but she had to have been bragging right?
